    I've been using these guys since I leased a CX-5 from them in 2015. Their customer service is unmatched and they know just what your Mazda needs. Their... service folks are always very friendly and act as though they know you personally. I've been so impressed with my experience that I bought a Mazda3 from them when my CX-5 lease ran out and also take my 2007 B2300 to them whenever it needs some love.

    Easy to deal with. Didn't feel pressured. Very clean car that looks new. Full maintenance including new tires and brakes. Was provided with full Carfax... history.

    About 3 years ago, I walked into Roger Beasley interested in the Mazda 6. DJ greeted me at the door (but didn't attack and suffocate as some salesmen do).... He was prompt, upfront, and honest about the car and it's pros/cons related to my needs. This past Saturday, my husband and I came back to Roger Beasley to return the car. We were unsure about actually pulling the trigger and BUYING a new car. And of course, DJ saw me.. immediately remembered me once I reminded him of how he helped me previously, and it was smooth sailing from there. He helped me and let me test drive the CX 5 and CX 9 and gave me nothing but honest and helpful information. He didn't once pressure me into one or the other, and kept asking if I was HAPPY. He was wonderful and without a doubt a contributing factor to us buying with Roger Beasley. In addition to DJ, the finance team was ALSO very HELPFUL and kind. I would highly recommend the Roger Beasley of Georgetown team to ANYONE expecting great service and looking for a car! :)

    My husband and I went in to explore out options for new cars, and everybody we worked with were absolutely amazing. Chrystal, Steven, and Julie made sure... to take our experience to a level of comfort that we had never experienced at a car dealership. From the start, they were very personable and found small ways to make us feel heard and catered to on individual levels. Thank you so much, y'all. This was my very first car that I've purchased (YAYY!), and you all truly made it such a pleasant and comfortable experience.

    From the first contact to the internet sales for pricing through the drive-out process at the dealership was smooth – no hassle or delay. Rick Tygret at... the dealer was knowledgeable with the car, spent considerable time explaining/showing all the (digital) features during the test drive, and spent more time before checking out.

    Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. The waiting area was neat and clean an with coffee and popcorn. Service time was very acceptable. Service was... under warranty therefore no cost to me.
