There's Collins

Donald Joiner was my sales person. He first call me I told him I was actually on the way told him the I was interested in. He said it be in front waiting on me. He greeted with a smile he was very nice. He explained every document got the insurance people on the phone and I was the same. Thank you Mr. Donald Joiner I love my car.

falsified service analysis

Vehicle towed due to inability to drive, their diagnostic process took a week and concluded that the transmission was gone, I was given an estimate above $3500. Had it towed to a transmission repair shop where the problem was diagnosed as a broken CV Joint. The vehicle was repaired for less than $300,. This was 10 months ago and I haven’t had a problem since. Attempted to file a complaint with their corporate headquarters but there was no reception to that effort. My advice, don’t use this dealership for any repairs that are not under warranty.

Great Service

We arrived on the lot and walked around for several minutes, waiting on a sales person to come out. No one never came out. I went inside and stated, "I have never been to a car dealer ship and had to come inside to get help." The sales manager came to me and apologized and introduced me to Lydia. She was an amazing, outgoing sales person. She did an excellent job explaining everything to us.

Great Service

Great service and fast on the three recalls tha I have been saving to get done at one time. Great Malibu maxx 245000 only oil,gas ,tires,brakes replenished since 2005
