The issue was with quick lane not actual service. Had issue with airline took well over 2 hours to get an oil change because mechanic could not get oil from drum aske about them putting bottled oil in was told that would cost extra finally someone from service dept came up with solution

I PURCHASED A 2024 XL FORD RANGER 10/18/24 DID NOT WASH THE VEHICLE, THEY SAY COME BACK TOMORROW AND WILL TAKE OFF THE REST OF THE STICKER RESIDUE AND WASH THE TRUCK. TRUCK WAS NOT WASHED BUT A FEW SCRATCHES ON THE TAILGATE. I WAS TOLD TO COMEBACK NEXT SATURDAY. I CALLED TO SEE IF THIS GUY WAS AVAILABLE BUT APPARENTLY HE HAS HIS OWN SCHEDULE SO NOTHING IS DONE. I FEEL LIKE IM BEING PLAYED AND IGNORED YOU ALL WHERE HAPPY THAT I PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE AND NOW ITS LIKE YOU ALL DONT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH US. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Deceptive coupons
Coupons states oil change special $47 yet checkout bill sayes $59. They claim my vehicle needed more oil and filter price has gone up since coupon.

A/C REPAIR
BROUGHT THE 1990 FORD BRONCO ON 04/17/2023 (120K MILES) IN FOR A LEAKING A/C EVAPORATOR. AFTER REPLACEMENT OF EVAPORATOR AND RE-CHARGE OF SYSTEM, IT ONLY BLOWS MILDLY COOL, NOT COLD AIR. NOTE: I LIVE IN FLORIDA . I HAVE CONTACTED THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND WILL RETURN ON 04/24/2023 WITH THE VEHICLE FOR ANOTHER LOOK AT THE A/C SYSTEM. I'M THE SECOND OWNER SINCE JANUARY, 1991. THIS ALL THE INFORMATION I HAVE AT THIS TIME. V/R WALT SUITA
