The reason I use Auto Nation for service is Tyler Rush my

The reason I use Auto Nation for service is Tyler Rush my service adviser. When I arrive, he takes care of all my questions and concerns. When I come back to pick up my truck the paper woke is finished and ready to sign. Any problems with my truck are discussed. It is good to work with some wone that is knowledgeable about cars.

I scheduled the service for 1015am on a Monday and they

I scheduled the service for 1015am on a Monday and they had my truck ready for pickup in about 3 hours. Great service Dept. I live in Daphne AL which has a Ford dealership but I choose to drive the extra miles to Autonation in Mobile because their service dept is excellent

Bait and Switch Alert!

Bait and Switch Alert! These are the people who give car salesmen a bad name. I made a deal IN WRITING with Mark Hochecker and drove in 50 miles to the dealership. But when I arrived, he switched the terms and tried to hustle me for an additional $1,700 with a bogus story about how “the computer made a mistake.” I complained to the managers on duty, but they were in on the crooked play. Needless to say, I walked! Very dishonest and crooked. Beware!

Great and fast customer service.

Great and fast customer service. Got my oil changed, waited no longer than a hour and a half. Everyone was friendly. Had WiFi to finish up some work too

For inspiration to be done , i had to go back twice,didn?

For inspiration to be done , i had to go back twice,didn?t do oil change, the next day the care didn?t start, battery was bad, but they say we had inspection done, purchase two new tires next day light was on say tie pressure was low
