I was looking for new Ford F-150 talked with salesperson Earnest Lamb he worked hard with me and my wife to get what we were looking for at the price we... could afford. Did not pressure us into buying was great to deal with Big town dealership with small town courtesy. Finance manager Larry Dean was great getting us the best rate and payment plan to match our budget. General Manager Alan Kalifeh spoke with us as I am a retired Ford Parts Manager we talked about the old days with Ford. The entire transaction made us feel comfortable with no high pressure. Treated us with royalty just a good all around experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership and this salesperson to anyone in the market for purchasing a new or used vehicle.
Autonation ford of mobile is the poster child of that stereotypical car dealership everyone stays away from. They treat you okay when your there to buy... a car but after you sign the paperwork it's a whole nother story. For some reason I decided to ge the maintenance package when I bought my truck every single time I've gotten my oil change it take a minimum of 2 and a half hours.... for a xxxx oil change, then 4 out of the 5 time I've gone for my oil change they never reset my maintenance light. When you talk to the maintenance department on the phone they always have an attitude specially the manager. The only person who treats you fairly in the department is a guy named Chris and the front desk ladys. When I call to set up an appointment he is the person I request to talk to. There is definitely room for improvement.

Overall a great experience, salesman Keith Brown bent over backwards to accommodate my needs in a vehicle. My only complaint is that the dealer states... that as a dealer option weather tech floor mats were added. I did not really want them but was told they couldn?t be removed from the package. Then come to find out they are not even in stock but have to be ordered! That in my opinion is utter BS, they should have just taken the price off, instead I am sitting waiting for floor mats I did not even want?
