Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever! We bought a used truck and within 5 days it had engine problems. We took it back the next day to be serviced. It has now been a month and 2 weeks and there is not a timeline for when it will be ready. They would not work with us to get a courtesy car. The general manager will not return calls even though several voicemails and messages have been left. No one seems to want to help us or talk with us about the issue. I have reached out to corporate as well as the Better Business Bureau which has the dealership rates at a D-. Customer service here is terrible! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!

We had an awful experience with this dealership.

We had an awful experience with this dealership. Lariat was priced at 60K on their website. After speaking with Stanley, the salesman, he quoted us an out the door price of 63,780. He was very nice to work with. However, in comes the "Manager" with the wrong paperwork on an xlt. Once we corrected him, he found our paperwork, which had an out the door price of 68,900 and they would not honor the Ford Military certificate. He said he didn't understand where the miscommunication came from and I clearly told him there they are choosing not to honor their word. We walked out and 10 minutes later, we got a text with a lower price. However, we drove over to Mullinax Ford and got the same vehicle for 3k less and we will never deal with Autonation again. Mullinax also honored the Military Appreciation Certificate.

This has been a very disappointing and disgusting service

This has been a very disappointing and disgusting service experience. Making a scheduled appointment is a total joke, all it does is push the time out two weeks and then puts your vehicle at the back of the line. Vehicle was taken in for transmission fluid leak and erratic shifting. After a week there was finally a plan to make repairs. Picked up vehicle and noticed shifting problem, Returned to service dept, they kept for three days and said there wasn't a problem. Picked up vehicle and noticed ATF on the pan and parts missing as result of incomplete repair. Took vehicle back AGAIN. Was told that they would take a look at it. I told service rep that this was a result of a negligent repair and it was all on them to make the repairs immediately. There is very little professionalism. You get the feeling they are doing you a favor by even looking at your vehicle. At one point I was told that I could take my vehicle to the other Ford dealer down the street. Customers aren't greeted when they arrive, usually have to hunt someone down. If you want to know what's going with your vehicle, then you have to follow-up on your own because it's unlikely that you'll get any information from the rep. I've been a life-long Ford guy, but this may very well be my last Ford.

Purchased a used van and paid cash for it, then was told

Purchased a used van and paid cash for it, then was told I could not leave till I gave proof of insurance. I provided my companies fleet insurance card, but Terrell refused to take it. He kept stating I needed to show a card with a VIN number. I told him that is not the way commercial fleet insurance works, I add it to the policy and it?s covered on the card. He still refused to accept. I gave him insurance reps name and number. After an hour I asked to speak to the GM?no one ever came out?so I just left. They had my money, they had proof of insurance and the reps number. Horrible experience and customer service. I also have all the texts from Terrell and not once did he state anything about insurance before I drove an hour and a half over to the store?he just wanted the sale.

I loved this car lot!
