While I would be happy to sit down and present ?my side of the story? to the owner, based on my experience, I believe there?s no point in me going into detail in this format. I?ll just say that my vehicle was brought to the dealer three times (even though an official record will only exist for two of those times). I also received an ?Unsolicited? call from the dealer about my vehicle only to have the caller inform me, ?I only had 30 seconds?, to walk away from the phone twice and to eventually be hung up on. Upon returning to the dealership and asking to speak to Bud (as the Web site list him as owner and states to ?contact him personally for any concerns or problems?, I was told Bud was retired. When I asked to talk to his son, I was told he rarely, if ever came into the business anymore. Based on my experience, I will no longer use UJ Chevrolet and will not recommend them to anyone. Click

Brought my 2024 custom 2500 to collision center after
Brought my 2024 custom 2500 to collision center after being rear-ended needed new bumper and very small body repair. When repairs where completed and was called to pick up l was very disappointed to find overspray all over my brand new aftermarket wheels. After trying to get overspray off twice my brand new wheels are dull and scratched. Also had overspray on my nerf bars and mud flaps which they were able to get off. And the bumper isn't on straight. But the worst thing is my new wheels had mabe 1000 miles how they could so much damage for such a small repair. Needles to say l am very unhappy

UJ dealership Mobile, AL location
The UJ dealership on airport Blvd in Mobile, AL will never touch my car again. Took my 2022 Tahoe in for 2 recalls the parts were finally available through the manufacturer. This was the second time attempting this only because this first go round my parts were ordered to only sit there and no one call me to set up an appointment? Per them Dropped off at 7am picked up at 4pm only to find out my back hatch was non functioning!? Called them immediately letting them know the issue and I was heading straight back to dealership to only get a run around. First was told they did not even open my back hatch 1st lie and was brought to their attention when they technician who worked on my car said yes he did open it because the control panel is located in the back rear. Not only that I had items in the back that had clearly been shuffled around. No one could give me an explanation of what happened or why it was not working. I asked to speak to a manager WHAT A JOKE GERRY was non apologetic and could care less my concern!!. If you back up and look at all the other encounters I?ve had with this dealership all explained to him, from missing oil change stickers, not resetting my module. Having my glove compartment not open after my car being serviced the list goes on. This dealership will never touch are car again. I feel they need to have a refresher course for all technicians and the owner be aware just how little there service manager GERRY cares about paying customers. Do better UJ I would love to speak more in detail with someone who might care and feel these issues need to be addressed there is a LIST!!! All of my encounters with this location have been documented. Business so poor I now have no other choice but to drive hour half away to next closes location. Lies, lies, lies
I was told that they could not meet my asking price because of the amount they could ask for my trade-in. So, I believed them and took a lower offer. Now, my trade-in is on their lot for $4000 more than what I was told they could see it for…sounds crooked to me. I love my new car. My salesperson was nice. But, I will never use them again. Beware-the dealership always wins:

Don't let the warranty draw you in!
Don't let the lifetime warranty draw you in! I specifically asked the sales person if I needed to change the oil at 5,000 miles or wait until a specific %. I was told to go by the vehicle diagnostics. When I received a notification I used the app to schedule an appointment. I received an email that I would be contacted. I was not, but called again when I remembered and was told it was passed the grace mileage (even though I still had oil life left based on my cars reading). Warranty voided. Don't let that be a deciding factor unless you have nothing better to do than watch how many miles you drive and schedule weeks in advance.

I have a 2017 Chevy Tahoe and the hood release Latch was
I have a 2017 Chevy Tahoe and the hood release Latch was not releasing. I tried and was unsuccessful. went to UJ Chevrolet in Mobile, at the service department, they looked at it and saw I also had a battery charger hanging out the hood strapped down. and attempted to release the hood but sent me to John the service advisor for the body shop, he got one of the body shop techs and was able to release the hood get my charger and fixed the cable . Super service and a big thank you to Everyone at UJ Chevrolet!!!! Thank you will definitely return and recommend UJ Chevrolet and the service Department!!!
