Salesman Paul was very knowledgeable helpful and quickly zeroed in on the type and quality including trim level truck we were seeking. Took us on an extended test drive demonstrating all the driving features while describing on board options. Allowed me to test drive also. When we returned to the dealership he quickly obtains all the different financing options and how each of those options impacted the final price and monthly payment. Once we settled on an option the finance manager went over all the paperwork as well as all the warranty levels and features. The only complaint I have is that the truck was built without a universal remote in order to open your home garage door. Paul was instrumental in verifying that the truck came without this option

Working with this dealership was very easy. They answered all questions, were very communicative, friendly, and helpful. I am so happy with the process, and my car. Could not give 5 stars because I specifically asked for any imperfections found on the vehicle (2025 model).I was assured they had checked it thourgoughly and it was in "immaculate" condition. However, upon arrival the first, glaring thing I saw was 2 chips in the paint on the front top hood of the car. Not the end of the world, of course, but this is specifically the kind of thing I was asking about. Carmax notes every slight imperfection, and I guess I was expecting the same. Having said that, I would not hesistate to buy from UJ again in the future.
