I went to David Scott Lee Buick GMC to have my oil changed on my 2020 Silverado while I was waiting I talked to Mike and Sean from sales. I didn’t go there to trade my truck in that day but the deal the offered me was just to good to pass up. The process was smooth and no one pressured me it was very stress free. I told Mike I don’t like playing the car sales game. He was honest with me all the way Great sales staff an awesome service department this is my go to place for all my car care needs. We bought a brand new car in August. The car has had numerous issues, but the dealership has been great in trying to make it right and take care of us. It’s not their fault the car came with malfunctions, but it’s 100% the way they handle situations like that that makes a difference. Highly recommend.
