Would definitely buy from Mark and Ivan again!

Would definitely buy from Mark and Ivan again! They let us drive the car and get a good feel for it and make sure we had an accurate picture of its condition, even letting us get it checked out by a mechanic we trust! Financing was a breeze, pricing was transparent and we were treated like family, not just “another deal”. Financed quickly and easily through a local credit union. Great dealership and team!

My experience with the David Scott Lee service department

My experience with the David Scott Lee service department has always been great. This time, however, the service tech scraped the window tint while removing the service sticker. No one brought it to my attention when I took possession of the vehicle. When I pointed it out to Jeremy, he assured me that it would be taken care of. Both Jeremy and Brynn worked together to compensate me to have the tint replaced. Bottom line - they did the right thing and handled everything with class and professionalism. Well done, team!

I normally never write a negative review on a business,

I normally never write a negative review on a business, but I was taken back a bit by the practices and the overall level of salesmanship I received at this dealership. Was interested in a vehicle and stopped in on a Wednesday to talk to a salesman about the car we were interested in. Was told the car was not ready to be looked at, and I told the salesman that we wanted first chance at purchasing the vehicle. The salesman relay to us, no problem you will have "first bids" on it and took our info to text us when it was ready. The following day I sent several text messages asking about the status of the vehicle. The response from the salesman was that the care was still not ready. I told them I was going to stop in on Friday morning as I had the day off to car shop. The salesman told me late Thursday that the car should be ready by then. Showed up to the dealership early Friday morning, walked in and met with the salesman, who in turn said let me check the status of the car. I waited for about 10min and then the salesman came back and said "sorry we sold the car yesterday". I was obviously not happy, and I noticed that the sales manager was not even going to attempt to come and say something, he just glared at me from the managers room. When you prioritize money over people, this is the kind of business you will have. I took my business to another dealership and that was a blessing in disguise, but that dealership was the exact opposite on how my family was treaded here.
