Easy Process, No Pressure

Jerry Anderson assisted me and my family purchase our first F-150. I was new to the area arriving from Germany and he made us feel right at home. Jerry took his time providing candid feedback on the F150 versus other vehicles and when I was ready to purchase, he applied no pressure, just solid guidance. I definitely appreciate what Jerry and team has done for me and would highly recommend him as your sales representative.

Simple Car Buying Process

My wife and I were looking on Auto Trader and came across Langdale Ford. The pictures were clear and accurate but the price is what drew my attention. It was almost $2000 less than NADA. I contacted Fred Dixon to get more information. He not only described the vehicle but even went out to the lot and took a video and sent it to me. We arrived at the dealership and he had the vehicle detailed and ready to go. The customer service was second to none. We are Langdale customers for life even though we live 1 hour and 45 minutes away. It's worth the drive.

Great buying experience!

We were hestitant pertaining to the purchase of a “new” used vehicle. Warranty expiration and mechanical problems after we drove off the lot were major concerns. We were also intimidated by the potential lack of prospect of financing a vehicle, as we have injured credit. Joe was extremely helpful during our test drives, and the final decision on which car we purchased. He was honest and patient. No high pressure sales tactics. We never felt uncomfortable about our choice of vehicle or dealership! Five stars for both Langdale Ford and Joe Bowen.

Out of state purchase

I purchased a vehicle here from Florida and the process was smooth and efficient. Thomas helped me with anything I needed such as detailed photos of the car. He is a great salesman and I count recommend him enough. Great dealership overall, very happy with my car.

2017 F150 Platinum

Did most of the buying process over the phone. My sales man Lance was very helpful and offer great service. Everything was quick and smooth. The people were very friendly. Drove up from Tampa, FL to get the truck. Extremely happy with my experience.

Could not have Been a better experience!

Meeting Jerry in 2014 and buying a new F-150 was a great experience. He worked so hard to find me the truck I wanted with just the equipment I wanted on it. I really liked the way I was treated by Jerry and the whole sales team. Just recently, I lost my 2014 truck due to Huricane Irma and was looking to replace it with a similar model..I went to Jerry and he found a deal on a new 2017 F-150 that made more sense that buying a used truck. Finding me just the right truck became his priority. Losing my 2014 truck was was a bad experience, but with the incentives Jerry found, I got a great deal on a new truck and I could not be happier.
