Worst place

Worst experience ever!! They have kept my truck for 2 weeks and no contact unless I called,they still haven't gotten to it, when I arrived my truck was not even locked up anyone could have been in it,worst service that I have ever experienced do not take your vehicle here I suggest you definitely find another garage for respectful service and repair ⚡

Jack Strayhorn--Quite the American way.

What’s greater than buying a car, you need? ——Finding one, plus buying it on July 4th holiday! We located the Acura ILX 2021 online, end of June. Salesperson, Jack Strayhorn discussed all details about the car--Carfax history, mileage, bluetooth, backup camera, sunroof, heated leather seats, 4dr--just lots and too perfect for me to believe. We agreed on finance terms, previously, So we paid deposit, drove 400 miles and Jack had the Acura waiting for us to check out, test drive and complete the contract. Jack pointed out features and we checked under the hood, trunk, passenger space, body; then he let us test drive. Jack Strayhorn passed me the keys July 1. Marvin in finance dealt us the paperwork. Staff took pic of Jack giving me keys. Jack maintained contact to answer any question for us from beginning and continues to do so. We found Valdosta, GA an architecturally beautiful city and Langdale Ford, a trustworthy auto dealership that through salesman, Jack Strayhorn, found me the right car. The Acura drives well and has security features that make for safe traveling.

Poor customer service.

They do not stand behind their product. The hood on my Explorer corroded and the paint came off. The service manager said it was a very well known bad problem with Ford Explorers. He said I would have to pay for the repair, because “we dont do anything unless we make money doing it!”. Yes, he actually said that.

Very disappointed in langdale Ford I had my car towed to

Very disappointed in langdale Ford I had my car towed to Ford to get a diagnostic test that costed $150 on my car. I fix what needed to be fix but still having the same problem. Also ford had my car for 5 days and had me missing classes. so pissed off and feel that I was used due to the fact the problem was not fix. I’m a college student.

Service of my F-150

The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. My service was accomplished in a timely manner. I have dealt with Langdale Ford over the last couple of years and their main service department and the Quick Lube. Both are fantastic and I will continue to come back and recommend the dealership to my friends and coworkers.

Repair the passenger seat belt that took 8 days.

Checking a seatbelt should not take 8 days. Left covers and other truck accessories in bed of truck. Only the Ford headquarters communicated with me checking on the delays in repairing my truck. I was told the service department after a week called headquarters for assistance in what to do.

Recall on F-150

My wife brought my truck in for Recall and even called service department before driving in, but she found the service manager evasive and would not answer questions except vaguely. Work was finally completed to date no further issues.
