Jerry Anderson has just sold us our second vehicle (2010 Explorer & 2017 Escape). I was very happy with our first Ford vehicle that I just had to buy another one - a smaller one that doesn't use as much gas & I can pass down to our daughter in a few years. Each time I get my vehicle serviced, not only is everyone very professional & helpful but Jerry always seemed to come out & greet me with a sincere smile asking how me & my family are doing these days. I've never felt more at home at than at Langdale Ford & because of that, they'll continue to keep me & my family's business!

I just purchased my used 2015 Cadillac SRX a couple of days ago from Langdale Ford. I was searching on Auto Trader for that type of vehicle, and in a red color, with low miles. I live in Florida, so I did not want to make the trip up there if it was not the exact vehicle that I wanted. After speaking with Fred Dixon on the phone, he assured me the vehicle was in excellent condition and also e-mailed me a Car Fax report on it so I could evaluate the history of use on the car. I called Fred back and told him I would drive up that afternoon to look at it. When I arrived at the dealership to check the car out, there were no surprises, as it was exactly as Fred described it to me on the phone, and after driving it, made them an offer. After a little bit of negotiating, I signed the purchase agreement, with no pressuring to buy. Before I left Fred was very knowlegeable when showing me how to work all of the features on my new car. Fred has a good sense of humor, easy to deal with.

We bought a brand new car in 2009 from Langdale...we have since left GA but returned to purchase our new 2017 explorer! Jerry spent time with us answering all our questions. He was wonderful and very knowledgable of the explorer and the dealership. Over all we had a very enjoyable experience.
