From the moment I inquired about the vehicle online and when I had the keys in my hand to take it home was about 24 hours. This was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. The entire staff was friendly. Joe our sales guy was incredible. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and being taken care of. The finance guy was great too. I FOUND A 2015 FORD EDGE SPORT ON THE INTERNET. LANGDALE FORD IN VALDOSTA, GA WAS THE DEALER. I SENT A MESSAGE OF INQUIRY, JOE BOWEN CALLED ME WITHIN A SHORT TIME. WE MADE A DEAL OVER THE PHONE SUBJECT TO MY INSPECTION. JOE WENT OUTSIDE AN TOOK DIFFERENT PICTURES FOR ME. I DROVE 400 MILES WITH SOME APPREHENSION DUE TO NEVER BUYING A VEHICLE OVER THE PHONE. WHEN I ARRIVED, I WAS GREETED WITH A WARN HELLO FROM THE ENTIRE STAFF. JOE WAS AWESOME TO WORK WITH AMD I FOUND THE VEHICLE TO BE AS ADVERTISED. THERE WAS NO HASSLE, JOE AND THE STAFF WERE A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. I WAS IN AND OUT IN AN HOUR AND A HALF, WHICH INCLUDED A TEST DRIVE. I WOULD DRIVE ANOTHER 400 MILES TO DEAL WITH JOE AT LANGDALE FORD!

I live in the south metro Atlanta area and suddenly found myself in the market for a dependable vehicle. My brother put me in touch with Dennis Jacobs at Langdale.
