My fiancé and I purchased two new cars in one day back in June 2017 we purchased a 2017GT Mustang as well as a 2017 king Ranch truck I later refinanced... the mustang in 2019 the car was paid off June 2019 and I have still yet to receive my gap refund I am currently dealing with this process of trying to get my refund since June of 2019. I have been calling this place consistently since June and always get the run around. I am so frustrated with this place.
Our time in the service department was made comfortable. Our advisor explained the problems and the price of the repairs. He was nice and answered our... questions each time.
I bought my car two years ago and the sales guy told me I would have free oil changes and tire rotations as long as I owned the car well two years later... now that don’t have lifetime service. Then after they down right lied to me they ask if I wanted them to service my car at my expense First of all they lied to me and now they want me to pay them for lying to me. Wow what a bunch of crooks they don’t deserve a star

Fast courteous service on my F-350 as usual! Staff keeps you up to date on every thing that needs to be done and I appreciate that.
When I came in to have a warranty repair perform on my wife car. I decided it was time to trade-in my daughters used car. I was greeted by one of their... salesman(Clay) and I was treated with respect of what type of car I was looking for my daughters first new car. I was not pressured into getting anything else but the car I wanted. The salesman(Clay) did answer all my question about two vehicles I was interested in and was able to let me be able to come in the next day and show the two cars to my daughter. He even went out of his way and had the two vehicles up front the next day for my daughter to see and test drive. Including any questions my daughter had so she could decide between the two vehicles. In all with the trade-in of my daughters old car and the finance paperwork it was a all win day. Thank you very much and I shall return to purchase another vehicle. This time it will be for me.
This place deserves less than one star. I took my car here to get replaced and they kept it for over two weeks, making up excuses as to why they haven't... worked on my car. If you take it here you will be disappointed.

When we were sitting down with the salesman we specifically asked if the car we were negotiating for was the car we were test driving. The salesman assured... it was, there should be no differences. We also said we wanted to make sure the key replacement and extended warrantee were part of the price we were negotiating, he said yes. We also wanted to make sure the payoff on the trade-in would be made before the next payment, of course it was a yes. Fast forward over 2 hours later, almost 8pm, papers have been signed after arguing about then adding on costs for key replacement, pulls the car up and it is NOT what we test drove. Salesman said boss said to get the other one. This one didn't have power seats, I was okay with that. It was late, we were tired and needed to go pick up our kid. We should have left the vehicle because once we got home it had numerous other differences. No dual climat control, no automatic front seats, no push button gold down back seats, no back up sensors, no keyless entry pad on the door (realised this only after locking myself out). Now 3 weeks later the payment for the old car has also drafted. Now we have to wait a month for that 450$ back too. Overall we had a bad experience and when we need to trade in for something bigger or buy my husband a new truck, we will go elsewhere.
