I went in for my first service (that I was told would be free). When I came back to pick up my car, I was presented with a bill for the services. Apparently... the free service was supposed to be with the points on my Ford Pass account. Only problem was there were zero points in that account. They had never been populated. I spent roughly a half hour on the phone with Ford before my service advisor reversed the charges out. I did appreciate the fact that they finally took care of me in that area. Ford has opened a case on the missing points.

I purchased a brand new, 0-mile 2019 Ford Escape June 2019, and at the end of December my check engine light came on. My car went for engine repairs in... February 2020; the short block had to be replaced. My car was at the dealership from February until June. I left the dealership and got about 20 minutes up the road, and had to pull over because the dust shield under my car came off as I was driving. I had to sit and wait for a tow truck. They took the shield off instead of putting it back on. That same week I got my car back, I had antifreeze leaking from the car, so I had to take it back yet again. Disgusted with this car, I contacted the Ford company to file lemon law paperwork. While in this process, my car had to go back to the dealership yet again for an oil leak and a loud noise. They said it was a hose loose, but when I got the car back home, it was still leaking oil. I don?t believe they tried to fix the oil leak at all since they knew I was in the process of a buyback with Ford. So my buyback was finally approved. I signed papers that was sent over to the dealership by the Ford buyback team September 16, and left the car with them at the dealership. IT IS NOW SEPTEMBER 28TH, AND THEY HAVE YET TO PUT THE PAPERWORK IN THE MAIL AND SEND IT BACK TO THE BUYBACK TEAM! THE FORD BUYBACK TEAM HAS BEEN TRYING TO GET THEM TO SEND THE PAPERWORK FOR A WEEK NOW SO THEY CAN PAY THE CAR OFF, AND THEY HAVE BEEN GETTING THE RUN AROUND WITH THIS DEALERSHIP ! THERE IS NO SENSE OF URGENCY WITH THI DEALERSHIP! THIS IS TRULY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
