Just tried to trade in a used truck we bought a few years

Just tried to trade in a used truck we bought a few years ago from Cecil Graves and found out from Car Fax that it is a lemon and reputable dealerships won’t touch it. They NEVER disclosed this!!! This should be illegal. It’s definitely unethical. Do your homework before buying from them. Also we paid FULL asking price. I would NEVER have bought this truck for my son had I known. You should be ashamed of yourself! This is no way to do business. RUN!

I am 60 years old.

I am 60 years old. This is the first dealership that I purchased a vehicle from that was so friendly, didn’t waste my time and made a great deal on the vehicle I purchased. I want to thank Slade for all his help with our new vehicle! If you’re in need or just want a new or used vehicle, I suggest visiting Cecil Graves in Saint Francisville. Negotiated two service truck purchases for my company in

Negotiated two service truck purchases for my company in excess of $120k. Put down a deposit and paid full price on a Yukon, and they low-balled me by $1,000 on my trade in and would not allow me to use my own finance company. You would think with $200k in sales over a two month period they would let me use my own credit union instead of their finance company. I will never purchase from them again because they do not operate in good faith.

Terrible service department

Terrible service department. Our 2 year old Yukon Denali was in the shop monthly for the past year for various issues, but we kept getting told that nothing was wrong. We ended up selling the car. Cecil Graves will never get my business again.

Don't trust this dealer for repair of your car.

Went to have the airbag replaced per recall notice. They replaced it quickly, however I went to get in my car and noticed a crack in my dash at the airbag location. I also noted a separation between dash and defrost cover was not in its correct place. Talked to service personnel they showed me that they found the crack when they moved it around back and put a hand drawing on their paper. I look at my dash before I got out of my car and their was no crack in my dash or separation of the defrost cover. Tried to talk to the management. I was trying to ask a question by raising my hand to get him to let me talk. He told me not to raise my hand to him. Tried to ask my question he told to get off his property or he would call the police. Had no choice to leave. There for I am left with a car that is in worse shape than when I brought it in.

Very dishonest dealership!! The salesman, Daniel Serra, was rude and lied straight to our faces. The finance manager was worse!! They added $1000 to the price of the vehicle at the last minute when they found out we weren’t financing through them. They also sneak in a $495 charge on every vehicle for “dealer prep”. Save your time and money and find a better dealership!!
