No Deal
In 12 years we have bought 6 new or used cars in our area. Each time we've shopped @ Hoffpauir (to keep our $ local) and each time we have left the dealership (after conversations over several days) without any reasonable deal and feeling entirely unappreciated.

The service on our 2012 Traverse was handled efficiently and in a professional manner. The ser The service department advised us that the damage was caused by rodents and that The repair could possibly be covered by our insurance company. It was and that information saved us hundreds of dollars. We appreciated them working with our insurance agent and getting the repairs done sooner than promised. Poor Service
OK, so after 3 years, one engine tear down hoffpauir marble falls, one engine rebuild hoffpauir burnet, then an engine replacement again hoffpauir burnet. Three dealers which now include Hoffpauir Lampassas and $8000.00 my truck is still parked six months after getting the engine replaced, with electrical problems that the burnet hoffpauir told me to simply pull the fuses( which didn't work the battery still dies. The dealers keep shuttling me between themselves and claim no responsibility as they are sold. Now ( I am an electrician) I decided to try to isolate the short myself, finding out that I have 9 wires in my main fuse box that are grounded and creating a 10 volt parasitic draw on my system, why they couldn't find this is beyond me as they are Chevy certified mechanics So now my problem is I want a schematic for my truck from the dealer so I can verify and try to fix this issue and they tell me to simply google it. Or if I come in they might could print me up something. DO NOT DO SERVICE WORK WITH THIS DEALER. If you do and are not satisfied they will simply send you around to 3 different dealers all claiming to have no responsibility and to have been sold and refuse to honor anything after that sold date etc and so on.

2011 Chevy Suburban LTZ
Took my Acadia in for service last week and because it needed to stay over night while parts came in the sales department asked me how I have enjoyed my Acadia, I mentioned that our family felt as thou we had out grew it. Next thing I know they loaned me a Suburban that I now call mine!! I love the room and comfort of the ride, my sales person Brandon Roedler was professional in the way he dealt with me and never seemed eager to just "make the sale" they allowed me to test drive the suburban just to make sure. I will have to say I did take the time to compare and even called a few dealers in Austin just to make sure I was getting a fair deal, to my surprise I didn't have to travel to find this bargain like I did last time I bought I drove all the way to Houston to make what I believed to be a fair deal!! I applaud their efforts and have to say the sales manager went out of his way to work with my needs and expectations & the financing was simple with a very good rate!!
