I use to come to this dealership for all our vehicles and

I use to come to this dealership for all our vehicles and their needs. After my husband passed. I lost everything and yall couldn't help me anymore so I went elsewhere. But I am back. I love the way the Dodge vehicles are so easy to drive.

Yesterday I was at the dealership taking my 2019 Ram for

Yesterday I was at the dealership taking my 2019 Ram for repairs, the service advisor told me that was a probability of 3 diagnosis... and that they were backed up 4 days. I decide to leave the truck and I found that I was stuck at the dealership. With no possible ride home, I asked the service advisor and he told me that he can't do anything because the driver called sick. I was wondering for 45 min until another advisor came to me and asked me if he can help me in anything After I told him he call the service manager and one of the service advisor gave me a ride home.

I dropped the vehicle on Wednesday and they did a “test

I dropped the vehicle on Wednesday and they did a “test drive” on Friday, but could not find the faulty ABS problem. They returned the vehicle with the brakes “clamping up” 15 minutes after I picked it up. I sent a screenshot with ABS the codes explained this to the service advisor, to which he replied- I will show thIS to the tech. But I haven’t heard anything afterwards. How can you charge for not finding the a diagnosis. And if you can’t get to the vehicle until 2 days after the appointment time- then the technician is overworked. The ratio of cars to tech should be adjusted!!!
