Michael was great at keeping us informed about our van.

Michael was great at keeping us informed about our van. I will happily drive 50 miles from Round Rock to take our vehicle here simply for the customer service and quick turnaround time.

This dealership service department did exactly what they said they would do However I would not buy a vehicle from this dealership due to the fact of over pricing compared to other dealerships

Matt came out to ask what he could help with.

Matt came out to ask what he could help with. I told him the car needed an oil change. I asked him about the cabin filter. He said they’d check it when they did the 120 point check. They found a few additional items that need attending to. I made an appointment to bring it in for those items. He was very pleasant and professional to work with.

Did not fix the problem.

Did not fix the problem. 2nd or 3rd time in for same issue. Gave a reason for the grinding feeling that I don’t agree with. If it’s true then a vehicle shouldn’t feel or sound like that.
