The over two hour oil change!
Two hours and seven minutes waiting for an oil change that was scheduled at a specific time is unacceptable. They knew I was waiting and I let them tell me what worked for their schedule when I made the appointment. This is the third time this has happened to me with these people. I live 28 miles away from them so it’s not convenient to come to just stop by. There was no communication to any customer waiting in the waiting area by ANY “ service advisor” about delays etc. I finally planted myself in the “advisor’s” work area. The other customers were obviously not happy either but none spoke up. They finally rolled my Expedition out. I owned a large independent repair shop for over 25 years and we NEVER treated our customers so poorly. It is obvious to me that this place has a very poorly run service department. I am retired and am fine with others doing my service work. Until now! I am giving one star because they were able to actually change the oil. Beyond that, it is an epic fail!
