It was a great experience. The employees have a really great attitude and are very patient. Each process was the same experience.
After locating a used truck on cars.com, we communicated only via email with Lyn Wooten. He answered our many questions in frequent emails. Our work... schedules didn't allow for a weekend visit to test drive, so we decided to drive to Waycross on Sunday and go to the dealership on Monday morning. Knowing our plans, Lyn offered a recommendation for a local hotel even though we hadn't even thought that far in advance. We found our reception there, in fact from the whole town, exceptional. The dealership guided us comfortably, patiently and professionally through the process. We always had the option of walking away, but instead, we drove home that day with our new (used) truck!
it was great very helpful everyone was nice. car was so clean and they did everything they said they would do. it was a surprise for my husband and he... loved it. we will be coming back and telling people about the great service we received at the dealership. You cant go wrong here.

I went there and purchased a 2017 F150 platinum and after picking it up the very next day there was an issue with the sun roof , the service department... kept it for almost 2 weeks and when I picked it up there still was an issue which took another week . At that time II did not feel comfortable with the truck , I told the sales staff I did not feel comfortable with the truck and I wanted something different. A truck that had issues from the start . So they told me I had to do another whole deal that i just couldn?t return it . I gave a 9,000 dollAr down payment . Down the drain ... So I chose a F250 then had to put down an additional 30,000 dollars . I?m happy with my F250 but I was taken advantage of with the F150 which by the way then did not sell because of the issues, they wholesaled to get rid of it I gave 39,000 dollars down and I feel like I was robbed of 9,000 dollars . Very unhappy customer!!!

Dewey in the Service Department is very courteous and responsive. II had made an appointment and was on my lunch hour. Dewey asked if I had eaten and... I said no. Dewey offered to have me taken somewhere to get food. I declined but thanked him for the offer. He let me know when my car was on the rack and when it was almost completed. The Service Department was able to provide my service and get me back on the road within the hour.
I researched heavily. I knew there was probably more inventory a short drive from Waycross. But I didn?t want to do business in Jacksonville or Baxley.... I felt no pressure whatsoever to buy from Mr. Gerald. He was very patient. Glad I did the research, and stayed local. Thankful Robbie Roberson is a great supporter of youth sports and the FCA. Even pleasantly surprised with a Gideon?s New Testament in my glove box.
