We were in a terrible situation with our 2023 King Ranch Explorer. The air conditioner went completely out with outside temperatures in the mid to upper 90s. I am in my 70s, and these temperatures were dangerous for me. The dealership where we purchased the vehicle couldn't even get me in for diagnosis for almost three weeks. Did not do loaners. Another dealership in a neighboring town got us in the next day but found that the evaporator coil needed to be replaced. Absolutely no idea how long it would take. Did not do loaners. My car was still under warranty. I contacted Robbie Roberson Ford (an hour away), and they made us a very good offer on a 2025 Explorer, had it ready the next day, and in two hours all was done. Exceptionally customer minded! Very pleased with the car and even more with this dealership!
