Pine Belt Ford

I went to Courtesy MOtors in Hattiesburg yesterday evening to look at a truck I was interested in. When I FINALLY found a salesperson, he all but refused to talk to me because it was getting close to closing time. He asked if he could help me and I asked about the price on the truck. He gave me a ball park figure, I didn't expect him to know exactly without looking, but then said, "give me a call tomorrow and I will talk to you about it." Guess thhat meant he did not need my business. We went to another dealer this morning and got a truck. I can't believe they would just push us off like that. Never again for me. "Courtesy" is NOT what you will get there.

I had the best experience buying a car from this dealership, i am a single mom with two boys, they where helful with the boys while i made my purchase, the saleman and the used car manager where the nicest two people i have ever delt with, i will be back and tell all my friends where to go and have a fun time buying a car.

They made my experience the worse....they were so rude the car was garbage...the manager thought I was dumb! I drove from Jackson Ms for that type of service..I did not get a car from courtsey Ford because courtesy is something they know nothing about.
