Horne Ford of Nogales

I made an appointment to get my truck diagnosed for a certain time. I dropped the car off 2 hours earlier and walked back to my residence. I walked back at about 3 pm and nothing had been done to my car. I got the usual, "l was about to call you and tell you if we can keep it over night," I said no and took my car and left. They did a great job with my other truck, but missed the mark with this one.

Good Customer service on my service/repaired of my Car

Our sales representative, Dallas, took immediate and positive control of our situation, devised and implemented a solution and returned our vehicle to us very quickly. In short, he was amazing. The techs remained in contact with us to update us on the status of our vehicle. We were treated as if we had purchased a $85,000 platinum edition, not the entry level truck we own. Dallas, the techs and Hornes Ford Nogales nailed it.
