Terrible experience

I've been having trouble with my transmission control module for about a year ago, they replaced it under warranty, but after they completed that repair I begin having trouble with my car. On my overall experience. They were indifferent, I had to make many calls and trips to the dealer to find a fake resolution for my problem. The customer service from the manager is terrible, rude and extremely defensive, technicians committed many errors when performing their job, which is kind of scarry. They ended up telling me my transmission was bad to avoid working on my car, my car had been running great with out any mechanical repairs after they say the clutches were bad, I think they don't know how to use a computer neither a scan tool.

Improvement

Way better than my last visit. Ozzy provided great customer service. I was a little disappointed when I was told that a belt had to be changed because it was making noise but before I took it to the dealership there was no noise at all. It was corrected. The extra charge was just unexpected.

I usually take my car to a dealership in Green Valley, but I had an emergency. I called Horne Ford and they told me to take it the same day. I was impressed and I really appreciate what they did. It was fast and very good service. Thanks a lot.
