Built Ford Tough
I own a business and need the best truck I can buy. Ford's are built tough and very reliable. I've bought the last 2 from Mark Whiteside because he treated me right and his Sales Manager John Keen gave me the best price. I will go back to Stanley Ford In McGregor.

Ford F-150
The F-150 is the best truck I have ever had. It has the best ride and has the power I need. Stanley Ford has a great staff and the salesman Mark Whiteside was the best! I already told my son and he bought a truck too.

Great place to buy
I wanted the best deal on a F-150 and Mark Whiteside greeted me and showed me a couple of trucks that he said would be just right for me. He said he would get me the best deal possible and he did! He showed me that this place is a great place to buy and I will always go back.

No Better Place to Buy
Purchased a new F250 from this dealer. The facility, staff, service folks are the best. They go far beyond excellence in the car buying process and get you the best possible deal. I drove from Lake Fork to this dealership on the recommendation of my friend, approx 175 miles and my next purchase I'll make the drive again. Keep up the great job guys and gals !!

Texas Charm
Mother's Day 2011, we went to Stanley Ford in Mcgregor, just to look at options for a new vehicle. Brad Young was our salesman. Very nice and honest man. He let me pick out the vehicle of my choice with no pressures or comments about any other makes of vehicles. i knew from that momnet, we were about to make a purchase. He did made sure that everything we needed was done and addressed. That was the best experience i had ever had in purchasing a vehile. The facility was clean, fresh snacks and drinks for the customers. I left the dealership very happy and exicited about our new purchase, Brad helped me sinc my ride and helped me put the name of my new ford into the registrar for ford. He is farmost the best salesman ive ever know. December 2012 my car started to have a studder and sounded very bad, i then called Stanley Ford in Mcgregor and was able to get my car in the service dept the following morning. This pleased me even more. The techs had my car a little over an hour and decided at that moment that my "transmission was shot" in those exact words from Sandra in service. She also said that i would need a rental. Her and Ron were looking for a rental and couldnt find one, Ron made the comment " you have seen us looking for one!" i was still very patient at that momnet, then Sandra says " you have two choice, you can rive your car home, or we will take you home, but we cant find a rental". i informed her that these options are not for me, and as i was about to say that i didnt mind waiting for one, she shifted her body to one side and made an exhausted breath of letting out air like she was fed up with a teenager! Itold her that she was rude. Then i asked her to let me speak to a MGR. i then went to Leo. i was explaining this problem to him and he wants to know what vehicle i owned ,Ron starts to tell him a different year and model! i corrected Ron and informed Leo that i wasnt leaving in my car after Sandra told me my transmission was SHOT! so, all of a sudden there was a rental in Killeen. i was then driven to killeen to pick this up. a few days llater and i received a phone call to come get my car. my husband and i went to get it, and it was dtill doing the same thing. i called back to speak to the MGR. and a man named John answered and informed me that he had paperwork stating it had been repared and he could see how upset i was and would be a whipping post for me!! i was sooooo upset now, i was shaking! i did ask for the corporate number at that time and he was hesitant on giving and then reassured ME that the call would be transferred BACK to the gm at mcgregor!So basically telling me i was wasting my time in calling anyone higher than Leo! i return a SECOND time with my car and then ask Leo to take a ride with me so i could explain my problem. He went and discovered i was telling the truth! i called several times a week to check on the status of my car, no one retutned my messages when left with sandra, Ron stated that as true. But none the less, i kept calling and spoke with Ron several times yesterday as to when in fact to come get my car. He kept saying they needed to do a test drive on it. i started calling shortly after 11 am. i waited until almost 6! i then drove to Mcgregor to see wqhat was going on, after 6 phone calls and never getting an snswer back and never informed of the problems/repairs to my car. he assured me he would call when it was ready. he left to go home. never called me, or anything. Leo and Brad were both there last night as i picked up my car. i was at the point of tears. the srevice department really need to be replaced. this has left a bad taste in my mouth. the worst part is that i had such a bad experience with the service dept, i wouldnt want to purchase another or reccommend it to anyone. clean up the service dept and we will talk.

great dealership
First thing i was impressed about is all the cars were unlocked! Then the salesmen were laid back, no pressure. I took my time and got the truck i really wanted (took me a week to pick the right one for me). All the staff treated me like they knew me. This is the only Ford dealership that I'll buy from for now on.
