Never planned on buying a vehicle the day I stopped at the dealership. Our salesperson was extremely helpful with our initial volly of questions pertaining to our original vehicle of interest. But the vehicle we eventually purchased sold itself.

We bought a used Honda Odyssey from Gilland Chevrolet on Memorial Day. In two weeks the van has broken down multiple times. It is very clear we were sold a complete lemon. When we reached out to Gilland in hopes of assistance or at the least guidance, we were met with “call the warranty company”. They have refused to help saying that the bottom line is more important than customer satisfaction. After being stranded twice, we have second guessed every decision and we are absolutely stressed and devastated.

Was interested in an old Ranchero which was sold. Now all I get are their emails about newer cars they have for sale. Didn't seem to eager to sell the Ranchero. I know it's not what they do on a daily basis so can't be too harsh.
