Great service and new show room is beautiful.

Staff are very friendly and go out of there way to help me in whatever I ask. I got a great deal with the help of GM's program to pay off what I left on my lease. All my questions were answered and getting into my new car was so easy.

I came in looking with somewhat of an idea of what I wanted. Dwayne Welch my sales rep was very helpful in explaining the Cadillac ATS and all its features. The best part of the buying experience was no high pressure to buy, no back and forth with sales manager,(have I got a deal for you)just here is your trade in this is out the door sales price. Randall Motors in my opinion is the best in sales and service. For my next Cadillac Randall Motors is the place to go.

Top of the line facility, product, & service

I called to ask some questions in the morning, and Matt was very helpful on the telephone. He got a good idea of what I was interested in and I scheduled a 4 oclock appointment. He had all the choices up front and ready when I arrived, was very very knowledgeable about the car and all it's bells and whistles, and there was not a single question he couldn't answer. Everyone at the dealership was very respectful and up front and honest. Mostly, we never felt "badgered or hounded" by anyone, and the service was beyond my highest expectations. I also have never loved a car more than I do my SRX ! Randall Motors is a very classy establishment, and I look forward to doing business with them for many more years.

Great place! Great people

Eddie is a great person to deal with Benny and ryan really helped me out I drove away in the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted . Great experiance I look foward to future buisness with Randall Motors Eddie is a great guy who Is always ready to help answer any questions The guys in the bodyshop area also do great work and are also very helpful. Overall i am very pleased ! Thanks Again

Fantastic Dealerahip

Super fantastic. Almost everyone is friendly. Everyone greets you and asks if there is anything you want or need. The atmosphere is inviting, nice, cool and quiet. No horrible loud music. Always a pleasure to be at Randal Motors.

Great service

I made an appointment for Tuesday, July 21st and made arrangements to bring car in night before. I took it in right after lunch on Monday because we found out my husband was to have surgery. I asked Clint that if for some reason, due to the surgery, I was unable to get back to pick it up Tuesday afternoon, could he just hang onto it for me. He was very nice and said sure. Clint called me about 3 hours later on Monday and told me my car was ready. He had gone that extra mile to get my car out so I did not have to worry about that on surgery day. Thank you, Clint!
