    I had a great experience! Stacey along with the finance guys found exactly what I needed and within the price range I needed it to be in. Will definitely... be back and i recommend it to anyone out there looking

    I had a great experience with Mrs Stacy in laurel. I told her exactly what I wanted and what I wanted to spend and she went over and beyond to meet my... needs! I appreciate everything she did for me.

    I have just bought my 2nd automobile from Kim's! I have always been treated by top notch folks at Kim's Toyota for the past 5 years. When I was in the... market for my recent purchase I knew I wanted to stay with Kim's so I decided to try Kim's Chevrolet! My sales lady Babs Hairston went over and beyond for me. I hate the process of having to make a new purchase but Babs Hairston treated me like I was family and it was the best buying experience I have EVER been through. I highly recommend either of the Kim's in Laurel and if you are at the Chevrolet place ask for Babs Hairston and you won't be disappointed!!!

    I was on my way on Monday July 31 from Nashville, TN to New Orleans for a week vacation with my girlfriend. The transmission of my 2014 Nissan Sentra quit... near Pachuta, MS, and I had the car towed to Kim’s Nissan in Laurel, MS for warranty repair. I spent the night in the Super 8 motel, came down to Kim’s on Tuesday morning, Aug 1, filled out the paperwork and gave the keys to Trish in the service department, and told her my vacation was over on Friday Aug 4, and I would be by then to pick the car up, but to please give me a call with a diagnostic at her earliest opportunity. I rented a car at Enterprise and continued my trip to NOLA. I hadn’t heard anything from Trish so I gave her a call on Thursday morning and learned that they hadn’t even looked at my car yet. She promised to call me back ASAP with an update, but never did. I called again around 4:45pm, and Trish said she was with a customer and would call me back. Again, she never did. I called Friday morning, Aug 4, and was told the parts were just ordered, and my car would not be ready until “…possibly Monday or maybe TUESDAY” of the following week! Not happy with the poor communication and complete lack of urgency, and poor customer service. The folks at Enterprise were nice enough to give me a ride to the Super 8 here in Laurel, MS after dropping off the rental car, and told me Kim’s Nissan is well known for letting cars sit for several days before scheduling repairs. Fortunately I live two states away in Tennessee and hope this will be the last time I ever need to use Kim’s Nissan for anything, but until then I’m stuck here for the next three, maybe four days until they get their act together and I can go home. Kim’s Nissan is a must to avoid.
