Very satisfied with Rudolph Chevrolet

My 2000 Silverado Truck was in for an oil change. The diagnostic showed that some work needed to be done. My tech Mr.Bill Keoho,who has been my tech going on 18 years, as always, explained what needed to be done, and why and the cost. This allowed me to make the decision. My confidence is high with Mr. Keoho and with Rudolph Chevrolet. I own two Silverados that I bought from Rudolph Chevrolet.

incompetence

My car is been on service for about a month and till right now I haven’t got back, it has just a little noisy when you’re twist the steering wheel and they said it was one of the struts they changed it in about a week but when I picked up my car and the noise was still there, that was more than two weeks ago and till right now I had received only one call from them and they still don’t know what is it, in my opinion to have certified mechanics and been a dealership you think they would know something by now.

SURPRISED

FAST, COURTEOUS AND PAINLESS. MR. JERRY CHAVEZ JR. WAS VERY HELPFUL AND WORKING WITH ME TRYING TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FOR MY DAUGHTER HE EVEN WENT AS FAR AS PLACING A RED BOW ON THE CAR FOR MY DAUGHTER. My vehicle repair experience

I made an appointment, I was given a loaner car during the time my vehicle was being serviced. The service advisor kept me informed of the progress of the repairs. Once the repairs were completed, my vehicle was washed and returned to me.

It was a good experience. The salesperson was courteous and patient answering all our questions. He was not pushy or rude as we looked at different cars.

Good customer service, poor technical service

Very inexperienced mechanic working on my Corvettes. There were multiple occasions when he got stuck on what to do and I had to advise him on how to go about with the repair. I?m not even a mechanic, but I knew more about basic vehicle engineering and design than the mechanic on common sense issues, which obviously, he had a problem with understanding. Very scary technical work. Customer service from the service representative was better than average and tried to make up for the incompetent mechanic.

Awesome service.
