My experience was terrible....manager Oscar....comes off as a nice guy...but is very rude an unprofessional...telling me that there loosing money...while my vehicle is being repaired..an very bad customer service...telling me that there a dealership an not a place of business like alameda...what ever that means....also mike estrada...service advisor ...very rude an unprofessional...there staff needs training...lacking communication...called them over 100xs....no response or call backs..Rosa as well tried calling an leaving messages...for over 2 weeks...no response..finally while picking up my vehicle after 5weeks...found scratches on my front grill..an drivers side floor board...which by the way ...they replaced front grill already due to damages a while back...would not recommend this place ...advisors don't care...an like Oscar said ...they where losing money...which they made almost 5gs...on repairs..staff is very rude an unprofessional...don't waste your time here with these people....Mike Melendez is exceptional...but apart from that ...go somewhere else!!!

My car's issues were a mystery. Rudolph service techs did a lot of work to finally pinpoint the issue. They communicated updates to me almost daily. They were great!

Went to get 2 new front window motors and modulators
Went to get 2 new front window motors and modulators installed on my suv. The service rep informed me of the cost and I paid over $900.00. The service was not properly done and the mechanic possibly damaged my vehicle. The mechanic claimed to did maintenance to GM certified mechanic standards without properly ensuring the windows worked. The window motor and modulator for the passenger window (that was NOT working after alleged repair) did not even need to be replaced. I was replacing it as a preventive measure. I recorded the maintenance guy and the service rep stating issues with the new GM part as if it was not correct or possibly my wire harness. The mechanic unknowingly tried to suggest getting the passenger window components replaced as well. This proves the mechanic did not even look at the work order to know both window components were to be replaced. Nor did the mechanic do a function check. I have call recordings of the service rep later admitting to possibly not having the right part and making sure I bring my vehicle back within 2 years to get the proper service. Do NOT take your vehicle here for maintenance and be prepared for new issues each time... they rip off consumers and try to take advantage of veterans. I always got my service done here and caught them in some act of trying to say I needed something I did not need to pay for. Another example is when I simply wanted to get mt A/C SYSTEM serviced as preventive maintenance... they didn't put a component on properly and tried to claim it was my compressor. Needless to say I knew it was not the compressor... the a/c was fine before they touched it...be vigilant and precautious even dealing with this location. Fighting to get a refund on the lack of service provided... this institution does not care about veterans nor the people of El Paso. DO NOT BELIEVE ALL THESE FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS BY MECHANICS AND THEIR FAMILIES/FRIENDS...THAT'S HOW THEY GET PAID BY COMPLETING WORK ORDERS. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS LOCATION....

Mr. Grant, With all due respect, we have reached out to you to address your concerns. But, you have said you will not bring it to us to see what might be the issue. With it being a vehicle over 20 years old sometimes things wear out and require certain parts that might not still be available. Service manager provided excellent customer service by informing me of their process to order and install an accessory on my vehicle. I ordered the part and scheduled the installation a few days after the part arrived so I wouldn't have to wait. Great process and customer satisfaction.
