Top tier experience! Tom wood Honda has been incredible to work with, made everything quick and easy. Jon did a great job with our deal and would love to continue to work with him in the future. We have worked with other Honda dealers in the Indy area and they do not compare.

From the Minute we pulled into the lot, we were greeted with a Smile, George was very welcoming, Treated me and my wife Charlotte with Dignity and appreciation, We was there to look at a different automobile but George persuaded us to buy a much Newer with a Tremendous Warranty We Highly recommend George And the Sales force at Tom Wood Honda , Anderson Indiana Tell em Gilbert sent ya , They'll Treat ya Right 🌴

If I could give negative stars I would.

If I could give negative stars I would. Buyer beware, better off at the buy here pay here lots. I was told, (after I signed the papers) to come back and the chipped windshield would be fixed but It was worse. Then they told me it would be replaced if it got worse, yeah I trust that... The used car has paint issues, and the real trick was the over inflated tires that hid the big rear end bearing problem. I tried to return it in 3 days and got "sorry you signed, sucks to be you".... Worse car buying experience ever, stay away. Yes I paid $23,000 for a $10,000 xxx car with much help from the xxxxxxxx at Tom Wood Honda.

Had a great experience at Tom Wood Honda in Anderson. I was shown the exact vehicle I wanted at a price that was less than what I expected Tim pay. My salesman Jonathan Sears answered every question I had professionally and toile the time to go over the vehicle with me from front to back. This is the best experience I have ever had at a dealership in over 40 years of buying cars.

Be Cautious About Using Their Repair Shop and purchasing

Be Cautious About Using Their Repair Shop and purchasing their used cars. Highly recommend a presale inspection. I purchased a 2015 VW Passat from Tom Wood Honda on April 7. Before finalizing the purchase, I was assured the vehicle had passed their inspection and was in good condition. Wanting to be thorough, I took the car to the Volkswagen dealership in Noblesville shortly after the sale. They discovered that the timing chain was off and needed a full replacement. At that time, there were no oil leaks or turbo issues. Tom Wood Honda agreed to repair the timing chain and replace the related components. That is where everything went downhill. After they started the work, the car began leaking oil. I returned the vehicle four separate times, each time hoping they had finally fixed the issue. Unfortunately, the oil leak persisted after every attempt. I specifically requested that they send the vehicle to the VW dealership, where technicians are trained and experienced with this type of engine. They refused and insisted that their in-house shop would continue handling the repair. Despite their claim that the repair was done at no cost to me, I paid $1,000 out of pocket. That charge was never refunded. I believe they misrepresented the situation by stating the service was free, likely to protect their image or avoid accountability. Now, on top of the ongoing oil leak, a new leak has developed near the turbocharger. This was never mentioned in the original inspection and was not a problem at the time of sale. I believe this new issue is directly related to the repeated repair attempts on the timing system. It is very likely that improper handling or rushed work has led to more problems than were there originally. This entire experience has been a nightmare. I purchased this car thinking it was a solid, reliable vehicle. Instead, it has spent the majority of the last few weeks in the shop. I have had to arrange multiple rides, miss work, and constantly follow up, all while getting the runaround from the service department. At this point, I simply want to return the car and receive a full refund. I am not asking for anything unreasonable—I just want to be made whole after trusting a dealership that has failed to deliver on its promises. I would strongly advise anyone considering a vehicle purchase or service at Tom Wood Honda to think twice, especially if you are buying anything other than a Honda. Their shop is not equipped to handle foreign vehicles outside their brand, and unfortunately, the customer pays the price for that gap in expertise.
