Good work on my car but slow finalizing paperwork. Was there 40 longer than necessary.

The gentleman that was assigned to help me was doing all he could. The other gentleman that was staffed behind the counter was not assisting him whatsoever or very little at the most. Therefore, the gentleman that was helping me was taking phone calls, and doing other odds and ends, which intern delayed my billing process. I want to make sure I made that clear. If it happens again, we’ll just go back to Penske on 96th St.

The salesman quoted a price 10% higher than the online

The salesman quoted a price 10% higher than the online advertised price. The terms of the financing offered were much worse than I could find myself. Three warning lights were lit on the display, and the salesman said it would be too costly for the dealership to address. Other problems with the vehicle were not mentioned. I felt like I was given poor attention because I am black.

I truly appreciate Logan and Alec’s assistance during our search for a mini van for my son’s Christmas present. The vehicle we were looking for was exactly what my son wanted. It’s color, the low mileage, and the great features it possesses are more than me and my husband wanted as a gift. Best of all, the vehicle was purchased 3 days before the 25th, not AFTER Christmas. I went here to test drive a car I was interested in today

I went here to test drive a car I was interested in today and had so many red flags that it felt like a clown show. There was a giant rip on the seat that was not shown in the pictures online, and the check engine light was also on. When I asked for an inspection report, they told me the engine problems were so bad that they were about to sell the car in auction TOMORROW. Said it would cost as much as what it's listed for to fix. They told me about another potential match for me and I decided to give them another chance, but the second car they were going to show me didn't even start. The salesman said it's because it had been "sitting out in the cold for a few days" it's October. Not January. No way that was the case. Never going back here again.

Mechele made the process so easy! We did the majority over texts and email so when I got there it was ready for me. I had an hour drive so that was nice! I will no doubt be back and will tell my friends and family to go see Mechele at Tom Wood Honda in Anderson!
