If i could rate this a zero I most definitely would , The
If i could rate this a zero I most definitely would , The service is horrible , the sales department I feel like they pressure you and manipulate you into getting something you don't want just to make a profit. They need to be under the jail. My extended warranty was trash , it was dismissed by the seller of the vehicle . Dealing with the issues of the car and no one honored the trash warranty is crazy I can’t believe the bull crap you have to go through , Mr. Smiley should be fired, but the sketcher the better for this company. After reviewing the comments from others and the disappointment I see now I shouldn’t have walked in there. Spending money on warranty that you cant even use anywhere. They need to be closed down.

I will spare you the time and keep it brief.
I will spare you the time and keep it brief. I was quoted a price for repairs. I shared with the associate that I have a warranty. The associate said that ?IT LOOKS LIKE? the warranty has just expired because of mileage. The associate said that the warranty does not cover the repairs. This took 3 days. So I reached out to the warranty company and the warranty was indeed active and covered the oil pump job that was needed. I then called the associate and asked how did she ascertain that our warranty was no good? To no clear response , only that some ?red box? popped up on her computer. She had not contacted our warranty company. I gave her my findings, then she proceeded to contact them. This took more time of course. So I was without a vehicle. The warranty company came out and approved the repairs. I had to call each day to check the progress. After they approved the repairs the dealership CONTINUED TO FIND MORE ISSUES that ?would not be covered under warranty? On the day of I went to pick up the truck, I noticed when the keys were handed to me , they felt different and looked different. I inquired? I was then told that my keys were lost and that they had to make a new key and program a new remote???? This makes me want to buy another brand of vehicle. This was not my first issue here. It is always a challenge. Use this information as you see fit.

Worse experience I've ever had purchasing a car!
Worse experience I've ever had purchasing a car! Very crooked and dishonest people! I have a list of reasons to never use them again but here's two... The cost of the "free" oil changes were added into my loan. It would have been cheaper for me to just pay that up front. Now there's interest added! The person that drove me there was promised the "finders fee" of $100 for suggesting I go there for a car. He's been there's several times and called several times but they keep putting him off. After half a year I'm sure he's never going to get it. I've heard so many people say you'll never see a car dealer in Heaven. Now I totally believe that!!!
