I would never recommend this dealership.

I would never recommend this dealership. They did not have the car on lot that I wanted to test drive but told me I could not see the car until we had discussed numbers. The manager came to speak to me and got ANGRY when I wouldn't agree to look at new cars. That is when I was told the car was at another branch of the dealership. The manager slammed his hands on the desk and angrily told the salesman to put me into anything on the lot in my price range. I happily purchased a brand new vehicle from another dealership where I was treated with respect.

From the first phone call to the moment I walked in the door to pick up my car, I was provided with the utmost customer service. The dealership is beautiful, neat & clean. Everyone I dealt with was caring, efficient & explained everything so thoroughly. It truly was an awesome experience.



Ac not fixed correctly in my appention , doesn?t cool like it should. There are several points of diagnosis that were not addressed for causes of the problem. They replaced the evaporator coil that was leaking and said that everything else was ok. When I got home I felt it wasn?t cooling like it should and started checking possible causes on the internet and found 1cause could be the cabin air filter so I took the filter out and found it to be absolutely filthy and changed it out . My question is why when they took out the dashboard to change the evaporator coil they didn?t check the cabin filter. So it leads me to wonder if they checked out the other possibilities of maybe the switches, clutch, compressor.
