Tucson Subaru

We’ve been coming to this dealership for the last 5 years to get our vehicles serviced, since we own a couple of older Subaru’s(2014s). When we decided to trade one of our old ones in since it needed some service work done to it, and we didn’t want to invest a lot into it. We decided to get a new one and test drove the new Crosstrek and the Ascent. The young man that helped us was very nice and didn’t pressure us at all. We test drove both cars and told him we would go home and talk it over. The next day we called him up and let him know that we had decided to go with the Ascent and he had everything ready for us when we got there. We had a very good experience with all the staff that we dealt with, they were all very nice and friendly. We would definitely buy another car from these guys when the time comes…

Our sales person Angel was fantastic, he was patient and spent many weeks looking for the car that we wanted. Angel walked us through the controls of the car and even set up our first no cost maintenance appointment. The other members of the sales team were also great, I wasn't pressured into purchasing something I didn't want or needed. The time spent on closing the deal was reasonable and thorough. The sales manager took the time to introduce himself. They all treated us with care. The actual facility is fantastic, it's a newer facility with refreshments and clean bathrooms. I'm really glad we purchased our vehicle from Tucson Subaru!
