I recently purchased a new Subaru hybrid Crosstrek and was pleased at how smooth the process was. Kevin was so great - helped me in making my decision and was extremely patient throughout (this was the fourth time visiting the dealership!) I’m still familiarizing myself with all the technology but I love this vehicle. Sylvia managed the finance portion of the sale, was helpful explaining the paperwork and the important ‘bits’. The employees and management at Tucson Subaru are definitely a cut above other dealers that I visited in Tucson. Debbie Bravo, my salesperson, was an engaging woman who seemed to really enjoy her work and care about her customers, but unlike most salespersons at other dealerships, did not harass me at all with phone calls, voice mails, and text messages. I like that I have an upcoming appointment with the tech specialist to go over things, The technology on new cars now is amazing and initially overwhelming. I'm enjoying driving my little 2026 Crosstrek.
