Easy, straight forward, successful.

Sean was so easy to work with, showed a lot of professional interaction from the start. Followed through on details and stayed in touch, and closed the deal in an unpressured and pleasant environment. Curt handled the financial details in a relaxed and friendly way and made it fun to buy a car.

Excellent from start to finish!

Joe Micoletti was outstanding. Spending time to go through all the parts of the car. This is our first Subaru and it will not be our last. They kept us updated on the process in leasing the car. Keep up the great job.

A Positive Buying Experience In Tucson

The personnel at Tucson Subaru were very knowledgeable, friendly and understanding. Anthony Taormina was particularly helpful as he was very professional and explained all aspects of the transaction very well from the vehicle orientation to the Tucson Subaru pricing philosophy including the trade-in policy. Traci Roberts cimpletedvthe transaction in a timely and very informative discussion. Traci actually made the financial closing of the sale very enjoyable. DJ Tramp made sure that al of my questions were answered and unsuredvtgst there would be follow-up after my purchase. I am very very pleased with my purchase and the Tucson Subaru transaction process. I highly recommend Tucson Subaru.

Very friendly dealership, and I enjoyed working with them

Hummmmm!!!

I had a great experience with Monica Schivone, she is wonderful, knowledgeable and businesslike. I was not extremely happy with the 3+ hour wait to get through finance (it was said that 2 people had emergencies and had to leave) so not their fault but . . . I live nearly 2 hours from Tucson so it was a long wait and long drive home. I was confused by some of the information given me in finance, but hope to straighten it out on Thursday (3-7). Also, there are some parts missing off the car, and I dont know why. I am not sure I would recommend the company as I have not had enough dealings with them to be honest. Dana Hayes

Service above and beyond

We had a Love- encore delivery appointment with Darla and she is amazing. This is our 5th Subaru and I thought we knew pretty much everything there is to know about Subaru’s. WRONG! She is a wealth of knowledge and the time spent was well worth it. We had a problem with our STARLINK account and she helped us with that as well. The attention to detail and the “extra mile” that Darla, Tucson Subaru , and the whole team shows each and every time is phenomenal and I highly recommend them. If you want bumper to bumper, start to beyond finished attention then go to Tucson Subaru

Love-Encore Review for Darly Muckley

Or Salesperson Kevin McDougal told us in advance that Carla knows everything about all of the features, functions, knobs and buttons on our new 2019 Forester. Given all the features and controls on our new Forester, we thought that Kevin might might be stretching the truth a bit. But after spending the better part of an hour in our Forester, asking questions and learning abour features that we didn't know existed, we think Kevin was right. Not only did Carla know her product inside and out, she helped us to better understand how the amazing electronics on our vehicle helped help keep us safe. We really think Carla is a great fit for her job! We enjoyed working with her.

Jade Hilliard is the best Service Advisor in Tucson!

We’re on our 6th Subaru. We live out of state & travel a lot. Until we met Jade, Firestone has been our go-to mechanic for our 3 vehicle fleet, currently consisting of 2 Foresters & a 2016 Toyota Tacoma. Tucson Subaru is about a hour away from our part time residence but it is well worth the trip, thanks to Jade Hilliard’s outstanding service. Because of Jade, we have been bringing our 2016 Forester to Tucson Subaru for servicing when we’re in town, from regular scheduled maintenance to big ticket items. Jade goes the extra mile on everything that matters: from arranging shuttle transportation to & from, appointment setting, diagnosing the problem, explaining the solution & cost in understandable terms, applying any available discounts, following up - stuff that matters. Jade make the experience as convenient & painless as possible for the consumer. I trust her & she is a pleasure to do business with.
