Recommend, yes, but prepare for a longer wait time. Don’t bother with “complimentary” vac and windows. They forgot to vacuum. The windows evidently were wiped with a used rag, because they were very cloudy after service than before. She offered to correct it but we had already been there about 2 hours.

My experience was great — all the individuals who assisted with my service were very attentive and helpful. However, I’d like to suggest an improvement to the loyalty rewards system. It’s often a hassle during checkout to access or apply my accumulated points. The process feels unclear and inconvenient. If this could be streamlined or upgraded, I believe it would make the overall experience much smoother.

Worst dealer ever !
Worst dealer ever ! Don’t trust anything they say even after you have a deal. Was supposed to pick up my new car Wednesday but they decided to charge more after I had my payment set. So am driving to Frisco where I have a firm deal. The very same thing happened 2 yrs ago . Really wanted to buy local Crooks!!!!

We understand your frustration. Just to clarify, the reason the price was different is because the rogue you were requesting was more expensive than the one you got a quote for. Christian Chairez was the salesman I never got to talk with anyone else. . This happened this past week, June 18 2025 was the day I was supposed to pick up vehicle . Same situation happened in June 2023

I had a wonderful car buying experience at Peltier Nissan. First time buyer. I drove by my town Nissan place and went further from my house. And so glad I did. Salesman Brandon was awesome on a business level and personal level. Felt like I’ve known him for years. Everyone that walked by was friendly and helpful. LOVE me some Peltier Nissan!!!
