Mitchell was amazing!

Mitchell was amazing! He really took the time to help me learn which plug for my phone and Y GPS sometimes didn’t work. He was extremely patient and very knowledgeable, and I came away with an awesome experience.!

When I took my car to get serviced.

When I took my car to get serviced. Service advisor Cory asked me if I would like a car wash. I said yes, how much is it? He the said it would be $6 dollars for a car wash. When I questioned him about the $6 dollars. Cory then said to me there is a complimentary car wash you just wouldn’t get your vehicle vacuumed. I said I wanted the complimentary car wash. When my car was finished with the service and car wash. My car was still extremely wet. After I left the service department I called my coworker who also bought a car from y’all to see if she was ever told about the $6 dollar car wash and if her car always comes out extremely wet. She said, “no, I’m very surprised that’s the type of treatment you receive from them because they are BIG about customer service and they live up to their name.

My husband and I were humiliated by the actions of our salesman and his supervisor. There is a 600 dollar dispute over damage done by the mechanic on 4/21/25. The lies that were told to us and the disrespect are unforgivable!!! We will tell EVERYONE how shameful your employees are to honest hardworking people.

We did however show you the video footage from the time your vehicle came in to the time it left and that we did not cause the damage you were claiming to have been done. After we showed you the footage you agreed that it was not our fault and took your vehicle. We are failing to understand where the misunderstanding took place since we showed the damage did not come from us. We hope you have a wonderful day!
