I was denied service on my Ford Escape because Vegas

I was denied service on my Ford Escape because Vegas Vondra wanted to blame others before even examining my car. I was discriminated against because I'm an older female. Just pathetic! The manager denied the service.

You informed Vegas that your vehicle was repaired recently at another repair facility. You asked him to assure you that whatever was needed to repair your vehicle would be covered by the extended warranty. He informed you that we would not be able to tell if the repairs needed would be covered by the extended warranty until the vehicle was diagnosed. He also suggested that you may consider taking it back to the shop that recently worked on your vehicle since you had already paid them. There was no discrimination, we refused to work on your vehicle because you were rude to and berated our staff. Dave Capps, Dealer

We have purchased several cars from this dealership and found them to be honest and helpful when selecting a vehicle. Paul Brooks is a great salesperson as is Kirby Kimberly, we will would definitely buy another vehicle from them and use either sales person.

Everyone is great here, real fast and treat customers

Everyone is great here, real fast and treat customers like there family. They even offer customers free coffee, bottled water, sodas and snacks while you wait, you won't find that at other dealerships.

I would NOT RECOMMEND TYLER FORD BODY SHOP to nyone if

I would NOT RECOMMEND TYLER FORD BODY SHOP to nyone if dealing with insurance & appraisal. This was a preferred shop who refused to check put my car after giving a ASSIGNED ESTIMATE. SF stated they would send a additional estimate for extras if needed too. But Debbie never had it there are stated if they check my 2011 malibu, I will need to pay out off pocket. Thou SF Zackery and many b4 him thu SF states, I don't need to do anything. The 2 companies will take it over and handle it. My bumper, passenger light, TRACTION, ESC light comes on bc it was hit hard and it knocked it out of alignment cause rhe Traction/ESC to show. If I keep driving the engine light Blick bc and goes back out. If I pull over and cut car off and restart. It may drive awhile b4 showing Traction again and the Steering is off too. Nothing is wrong with my engine. I replaced Control arms in summer and sway bars in Feb, 2 New front tires and even had a alignment in summer. Only after getting hit did all this happen. Tyler FORD IS TERRIBLE!! Summary of Complaints - Tyler Ford Review: My car was supposed to be towed to Tyler Ford on November 7th or 8th as ordered by State Farm. However, it faced delays allegedly caused by Debbie at the body shop, delaying repairs for a month. Tyler Ford claims my car should have been sent to a Chevrolet shop, but State Farm designates them as a preferred shop. Despite this, my car has been untouched at Tyler Ford since arriving. The appraisal was done based on a picture, not in person. Tyler Ford failed to submit additional estimates as promised. When I contacted Tyler Ford, they claimed they hadn't checked the car because it would cost me. This unprofessionalism and lack of communication have caused frustration. Despite making numerous calls, Tyler Ford has not fulfilled their responsibilities, leaving my car unrepaired. As a healthcare professional, I seek accountability for the damages to my well-maintained car. TAKE YOUR CAR TO A SHOP THAT CARES. The appraisal was done by a picture that took 1 month to even start and never seen the person by sight.

Your 2011 Chevy arrived at our body shop with very minor damage to the front bumper from a parking lot mishap. State Farm authorized the repair of $818.00 to repair the body damage. Debbie asked and State farm DID send a representative to inspect the vehicle. State Farm determined that none of the mechanical issues were related to the body damage and did not authorize the mechanical issues to be repaired. Had they authorized the long list of mechanical issues to be repaired we would have gladly done the body work and then sublet the mechanical issues to a GM dealer. You did not authorize us to repair the body damage only. We did not diagnose any of the mechanical issues because you nor State Farm has accepted the financial responsibility. Dave Capps, Dealer
