Great service, marvelous facilities

The service tech got my F-150 in right away. The waiting lounge is so much better than it used to be. Great job Tyler Ford!

Truck Customer

Cedric was very helpful and professional. I very much appreciated that. One thing that I still detest about buying a new car/truck is that you won't tell me how much you'll sell you vehicles for. I had to go through a grueling process to find out your "best" price. I made the comment to a friend that I'd rather be whipped with a wet rope from every citizen in Tyler than buy a new vehicle. I know that my not liking the manner in which you choose to sell your vehicles will not change your sales methods, but I hope that my wonderful, new Ford F-150 lasts long enough so that I do not have to go through that process ever again. That being said, although I've only had my F-150 for 24 hours, I LOVE IT, and I think that I will love it even more as I learn about all of the options and have the opportunity to drive the truck. Thanks for making it available for me.
