I’ve purchased several vehicles here. This latest service on my current car was lengthy but I was provided a loaner for over a week.

Wonderful to experience from the moment driving into the parking lot. We were pleasantly greeted by Nick He listened to our concerns. He showed us numerous vehicles and was genuinely involved in our choices. Love our Subaru Forester!!

When I bought my car they did diagnostics on it and told me to buy the extended warranty and come back after 30 days to get it fixed. (That was wrong of my salesman and his boss) What failed the diagnostics was the side mirrors blind spot detection! I was going to get that fixed when I got the oil changed. They couldn't find my free oil changes nor my extended warranty in the system so I left. I called back and they miraculously found it. I went back in and got the oil changed. This happened EVERY TIME I went in! Finally, when my extended warranty was almost expired, I said this is ridiculous, I want my car fixed! Then they tell me I have to do it at the Subaru dealer instead of the Nissan where I bought the car! I scheduled the appointment with Subaru. They charged me $195, said there was nothing wrong with the sensors (they were the ones that checked it before I bought it and said those sensors were NOT WORKING) and they unplugged my dash-cam!! Sent me home with no camera protection!! I am a 71 year old woman! I feel they took advantage of me and did me TERRIBLY WRONG!! I also plan to put this review EVERYWHERE I can find to put it!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH PELTIER!!!

Everyone was so nice and helpful. They even helped me get warranty to pay for 2 things! The work was done quickly and correctly. I am forever grateful for all they did!

Peltier is a top notch Subaru dealership. Their building looks new and modern, their showroom had lot's of cars to see and they have plenty of Subaru's to test drive. Tyde was my amazing sales person. Working with him felt more like hanging out with a friend who knows a lot about Subarus. And they have great coffee/tea machine, water with ice if you want and snacks while you're negotiating your deal. Come check them out and ask for Tyde!

The service department is outstanding in efficiency and friendliness. They listen to my concerns and explain the wok that needs to be done. The waiting area is pleasant and offers a good variety of refreshments.
