The company lacks communication skills and professionalism. They don’t seem to care about people. It’s just a job to them. Since I bought my Subaru from them the service has been poor.

Very customer oriented from the front door to the drive
Very customer oriented from the front door to the drive out. I was not sure just what I wanted but the sales representative listened, made suggestions, and I drove out with just the car I needed to fit my needs. The 2 week follow-up got all my questions answered along with finding out some things I hadn't yet discovered. A very good experience all around. Thanks Marcus!

The work that was performed at this dealership seems to be good work. We had our seal to our driver window replaced due to gumming and not allowing window to roll up freely. The communication is not the best but once you figure out who you talk to get things done and you’re not in a hurry then you kinda know what to expect.

SERVICE DEPT ROBBED ME BLIND!
SERVICE DEPT ROBBED ME BLIND! I bought a used car there in October, by December the the check engine light had come on. I didn't think much of it because I had purchased the warranty. I scheduled my appointment for 9 am with the service dept. I showed up and told them what the problem was - a faulty knock sensor. I'm not sure if they didn't take me seriously bc I am a female, but they took my car at 9 am, and I didn't hear back until 1 pm. At 1 pm, I was told that they didn't know much, but to continue they would need to take my engine apart, and it would take more time. I told them that they should do what they needed to do to get it fixed. The service tech came back to me at 5:30 pm, and told me that they did confirm it was the knock sensor... THE ISSUE I TOLD THEM IT WAS AT 9 AM!!!! They then proceeded to tell me that they did not have the part, and that I owed them $650 for the labor for the diagnostic AND that the knock sensor was not part of the warranty. I just asked them to get my car back to me and paid and left. I will never return there again. The service tech was really nice, but the service was just terrible. I paid over $600 for them to tell me what the problem was when I already knew and TOLD THEM what is was 8 hours earlier. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY and go to your local mechanic. They don't call them stealerships for nothing.
