Appreciated their prompt response to our DCM issues. We live 2 hours away from Tyler, so the loaner auto was nice.

Did not give you 5 stars because no one is perfect--always room for improvement. That being said, I have no idea what you can do better. Every contact has been very good.

SHADY Practices! Agreed to a sales price and trade-in value and stated I wouldn't be buying the "optional" Peltier Protection Plan. I was told in a text, "That has to be on there for us to do the deal"....not once was I told that this optional coverage wasn't truly optional or the reason they presented the numbers they did. When I called this deceptive practice out, they said they'd take it off but had to take $3k off the trade-in. I called to speak to the sales manager to try to still come to an agreement. He stated that I was not being transparent by disclosing what another dealership presented and that I agreed to the deal "as a whole" before stating I no longer wanted the Protection Plan. So ultimately, the lesson here:....ladies-don't go without your husband and look out for deceptive bundle deals that aren't disclosed!
