Had an issue with my bluetooth phone not connecting on my Ford Escape. I walked into the sales dept and asked who I should go to for help. A very nice salesman, Ricardo, quickly assisted me and got my phone synced again.

just now New Took my explorer to have a pylon repairedas it was dangling and to have a leak in the cabin looked at. Dropped off at 9am. It wasn’t until I called service at 4:30 to find out what was going on. Was told they replaced some clips to fix the pylon and was just about to take the car into the car wash for the leak. Due to closing at 6pm, and only having the one vehicle, I went to pick it up. They did not have it ready and was assuming I was leaving it overnight. Could not do that. Was told to set up another appointment, which I did, and explain I couldn’t leave the vehicle over night. Second appointment. Dropped the vehicle off at 9am as instructed and explained I could not leave the car overnight. It wasn’t until I called service at 5:15pm…no updates all day…and was told nothing was done. Was told they’d go have the tech look at it real quick. First, the pylon fix failed. They wanted to replace the part, but I decided it was too costly for a minor inconvenience. The leak issue had not been addressed at all. It wasn’t until I called that they had someone look at it briefly to say it wasn’t the wiper reservoir. Again, I could not leave the car overnight and by the time i got up to the service desk at about 5:45pm, they were closing. Had I not called, they would’ve kept it. No updates at all and nothing done until I called. Ridiculous. Then was told to bring it back again so they could hunt down the leak. Third visit they finally looked at it. Want approximately $800 just in labor to reconnect a part that became detached. I have declined the repair as that seems insane. I argue that having given them my vehicle for 16 hours without the leak being addressed in the first place, they should take care of the labor. I will now use you tube and Google to fix it myself. Will never go back up there for anything. I’ll drive the 45 minutes to a different dealership if need be. Ridiculous.

Do not purchase a used car from this dealership unless you have it checked it out by a mechanic first! The manufacturer of the used car they sold me said there was NO way the dealership didn't know that this car had an internal fault! I am a single disabled mom that just wanted a car I could afford that I could used to take my son fishing. They switched the cars out at test drive time and said I couldn't afford the other one, then raised the price WAY past my budget by adding on a service agreement, which I could not afford. I felt walked on and abused!

F250 issues, front end problems and 5 trips and 1500 dollars worth of work charged to the extended warranty, truck needs new tires and they wont replace, said i refused service on the tires that were wore out from the front end not being properly fixed. One trip they replaced the steering damper/stabilzer, come on now, we knew that wasn't the fix, just bought time, to run out the tri county ford bumper to bumper warranty. Keep in mind the vehicle returned to the dealer 3 days after purchase with front end issues

Can’t say enough about Tri County! Excellent service, wonderful friendly people, the lady who gave me a ride home when the service dept. realized it would take a few hours and didn’t want me to sit at the dealership was so nice! They completed a recall service and a 100,00 mile service, washed and cleaned all the bug debris off, I can’t recommend them enough!

I found a truck I was interested in online and Matt was very helpful. They were upfront with me about what they could and couldn't do. The transaction was easy with out all the games that many of the dealerships play today. The only downside to my transaction was they were supposed to send my new wheel sensors to be installed but after 3 weeks they never came in and I gave up on waiting. So I spent $250 on replacing sensors that they were supposedly going to replace. Not the best last impression you want to leave with your new customers with
