Metter Ford has always been great to me. But this last experience was just even better than the past. I cannot say enough about the sales and service team at metter ford. I highly recommend this dealer.

Could not find out the rattling issue with our 2018 f150 4x4. Was told that it was normal!!! I have another truck with the same engine, and it doesn't sound like that. Not satisfied at all with the results.

I am still waiting for the service writer to send me a quote on my trucks axle repair cost and materials. Been over three weeks, still waiting.

Dealer gad car for over 3 weeks (waiting on parts). I asked them to do maintenance (oil change etc) while they had it. Returned my vehicle without performing maintenance. Had to have them pick it up again. Unacceptable.

Excellent job of servicing my motor home. Changed oil in both the engine and generator and also corrected a check engine issue.

Good service on vehicle. Went over inspection report with service person No problem will revisit again
