Service on pick-up

Repaired back-up camera. Initially told that the APIM? had an error code but camera could also be bad. Replaced APIM? and camera worked sometimes but not all the time. Returned vehicle and camera replaced. Camera works perfectly all the time.

Service Advisors dont listen

Took car in for oil change and tire rotation. When arriving for appointment, my wife again asked for oil change and tire rotation. Service writer told her, appointment was only for oil change, she disagreed, asked for both services to be done. When car was home, I checked car and realized, tires had not been rotated. I called service and asked why no tire rotation, again tried to tell me I did not ask for that service... I again told them, Yes, that was main reason for service.. Then after waiting on hold for several minutes, I was asked to bring car back.. had to make another appointment to fix issue.. If service advisor would have listened, I would have not had to make two trips to dealership, and sit for two appointments.

Great courtesy... Great deal.

I was very pleased with all the friendly, professional treatment that I received while purchasing the new vehicle. The salesperson, Theo Wetzel went above and beyond to meet my needs concerning both the vehicle and the price paid. The other personnel with whom I interacted were all helpful and eager to meet my needs.

Repair

Everyone was great and all repairs were completed and tested and our vehicle was not returned until everything was fixed properly.

Car services

The repair services are not good. I’ve had my car in their shop 3-4x before for a recall they just sent out. I put the car back in on a Thursday @ 8am. This was a scheduled appointment made by them. Today is Monday And they still haven’t even looked at. It has been 3rd in line since I called on Friday. Car services are open on Saturday. Today, it is still third! I understand getting behind but why schedule an appointment if you’re in able to get to it? I’ve been carless for five days now!!!
