Seaton Higginbotham,president of Arrow Ford, of Abilene,Texas has established an outstanding Ford dealership. It takes the "sting" out of buying a new vehicle. Travis Smith is an excellant salesperson with no sales pressure. He was very knowledgeable and was very helpful in the change out of vehicles. He helped me unload my Ford Ranger and the heavy tool boxes and made the work much easier. Travis was an "ace" with helping me understand the instruments and all the buttons. Andrew Gilbreath was great with the finance. He was able to obtain a lower interest rate than I expected and made the "paper-work" go fast. Andrew explained the "Gap" insurance and the Ford service programs, and why they are more important than in years past. These are good people with a good intent to help you.

Purchasing a new truck

We took our vehicle in for service and there was a problem. The manager and staff worked with us to resolve the problem. We ended up buying a new truck. Our salesman and others there were very helpful and courteous. Thank you Arrow Ford staff for all of your help.

i had an excellent experience purchasing this vehicle, it was the second one i had bought from Arroew Ford. in both cases the salesman was very helpful and not pushy, the finance people did good jobs explaining everything. i would purchase another vehicle at this dealership in the futre.

Disabled Veterans and fellow servicemen beware

August 1st 2016 I took my vehicle 2002 Jaguar S Type to Ford Arrow to have my car serviced and minor repairs. August 8th I called Jose Cano to ask for a update on my car. The secretary called me back and told me they were waiting on parts. Here it is August 18th, and I have not heard 1 word from ANYONE at Ford Arrow. This is not acceptable. Heads need to be rolled. Changes in personnel need to happen. I am a retired disabled Chief Master Sergeant of the U.S. Air Force and I DESERVE better than this. Heck, anyone and everyone does. I will inform other veterans, and retirees not to bother with this establishment.

Arrow Ford 4001 S. 1st. St. Abilene, Texas

Last week I took my F250 in for service. I have a service agreement and it is on the computer. Under my service agreement, my service is free but I was charged $245.83 for an oil change and fuel filter change. I got home and checked my agreement and all this should have been free. I drove back to the dealership and the money was refunded to me but the information about the agreement was on the report the service person had. He just did not see it. I could list other things, but why take the time.

Focus 2016 and Travis Smith

Third car I've bought from them. Told Travis what I wanted and after some negotiating, he got it for me. Andrew the finance guy was great as usual. I'll go back. Dealership needs art!

Great service! Got me into a new car

I was shopping for a used car because I didn't think I would qualify for a new one. But with the help of Marcus I was able to get into a new 2016 ford focus! This is my first 2000 car and I'm super happy!
