Made appointment. Once arrived dealership had no record of appointment I made and acted surprised I was there. Service advisor was going to charge $250.00 to diagnose a issue that I spoke with them at time I made appointment. And I wasn?t made aware of the $250 diagnostic fee until I arrived at dealership. Poor communication from the dealer from start to finish.

I had a great price on a new truck worked out at a DFW Ford dealership but they just kept playing games. I contacted Andrew at Arrow Ford and he was truthful from the moment we first spoke. Big city dealer was just lying to me to get me in the door, not Arrow. No games just straight forward pricing and great service. I highly recommend Arrow.

Oil change and patch tire
They were great I found out that I had credit on the account from when I had bought my truck and I was able to use that towards the oil change and a tire patch where I walked out of there not having to pay anything they had me out of there in less than an hour they were wonderful courteous and professional I would definitely go back again for any truck repairs

2020 Ford Fusion, a real gem
While my son Timothy is co-owner of our new Ford Fusion (we've named MizLucille) he has MD and doesn't drive so I've been given the honor, with his agreement on all points, to rate our new vehicle. Comfortable, good looking with smooth lines and no "clutter" (and a terrific white color which is almost a necessity in our beautiful but rather warm West Texas climate). Good gas mileage, smooth ride, transmission quiet and effective, and it can get out of its own way with a bit of a heavier foot on the gas. Gas mileage acceptable. Enterior easily cleaned and attractive. Loves the highway but on curvy country roads it sets well on curves. City traffic is a snap. Not over-wrought with bells and whistles, it has a lot of helpful little toys that contribute to the car's usefulness. Loves the highway (and Texas has a lot of those). Also does well in the mountains, and the stop/go of city streets doesn't faze it a bit. At age 80, my couldn't be more grateful for a car that is and feels safe. Thank you FORD and to our dealer, Arrow Ford and all the people there who have given us such excellent service over the 5 years we've done business with them.
