Took my truck to Franklin Collision for an insurance

Took my truck to Franklin Collision for an insurance repair my truck had been damaged in the hurricane so the paint on my truck was chipped and scratched all over the truck, when I picked up my truck my truck has only been partially repaired the painting that was done to the truck looked great but the job was not complete there are still numerous scratches and paint Nicks on my truck they were merely buffed and not painted. There was a detailed list or rather invoice sent of what all was done to my truck and I do not feel that half of the stuff was done. So no I'm not satisfied with the repairs to the paint on my truck performed here.

The dealership made the repair on the vehicle but the

The dealership made the repair on the vehicle but the warranty is very poor. This 2025 Chevy Blazer had a problem where the rear tires were towed in from the factory. The tread on both back tires was worn down to the wear bars on the tires at 21K miles. This was after the tires were rotated at 7K miles. The tire rotation costed 132 dollars which had to be paid by me the customer. The two rear tires have to be replaced by me the customer. Both of which were caused by the vehicle being out of alignment from the factory. i think this is very unfair to the customer and I have expressed this complaint on chevy.com. I did discuss this issue with the service manager at the dealership and he encouraged me to put a complaint in on the chevy website, which I did. I have no problem paying for wear items if it is caused by hitting something in the road or other reasons. In this case, there was no way to know that the rear tires were out of alignment until the wear was noticed during a routine oil change. In the future, I will have the alignment checked on each new company car before the required 7500 mile limit that was divulged to me during this event. I also fully expect to be contacted by a Chevrolet representative to let me know the closure on this complaint. This is not what I expected from Chevrolet and in this case you did not stand behind your product which is not good business practices. Also, this is a company car for me and I have driven many of them. If this was my personal vehicle, I would have been even more concerned that Chevy will not honor an issue that was caused during the manufacturing process of the vehicle. There is no way that the toe in setting on both back tires could have moved as a result of driving down the road. If this is true, then every car would be having this issue.

Franklin Chevrolet was very good about keeping me

Franklin Chevrolet was very good about keeping me informed about my vehicle repair and sent a shuttle to pick me up when it was completed. This was very helpful because I would have had to find a ride and I don't know many people around me. I would buy a vehicle from them if the need ever arises. Very good service department.
