Refuses to take Responsibility for their work
By far the worst service I have dealt with by any company I have paid for a service. I took my Chevy Silverado 2500 their and I paid for a steer gear box that costed me $2000 plus dollars. They installed the part. Now I’m back in a different shop for the exact same part. To find out that the technician at Franklin Cheverlot in statesboro put my parts in backwards. I confronted the parts manager Fred and GM John about this and instead of looking into it like I asked, I was given a bogus excuse. The excuse was that the current dealership must have messed it up and now trying to point blame. But instead it is GM John who is looking for a scapegoat and won’t take responsibility for the failures of his technicians. I do not recommend this dealership at all. I am a veteran and I don’t recommend this dealership to any of my fellow veterans. Please don’t waste your time or money here. Drive a little bit further out and use a dealership who stands by their work.

Bait and Switch
When I purchased the Buick Enclave the sticker price and online price net price was 39, 855 after the GM discount was applied. My net price changed to 42,479 in finance and I was told my payment would be one payment but in finance I was told the sales manager made a mistake he didn't knew what he was doing. While in the finance office the numbers where not discussed so I'm under the presumption I'm getting what the vehicle window sticker said. So I went back the next day to discuss my concerns and wanted them to fix the problem. I spoke with the GM who told me that the numbers was right and I explained thats not true so he gives a free 3 years maintenance to fix the situation. I was told the finance company has the deal so there was nothing could be done.. The situation is not fix and I told him ya'll gotten over on me but the truth of the matter is they only escalated this situation. So is there a select few that the net price goes up for are is this Franklin's practice for everyone. I'm going to get in touch with consumers FTC and the DMV. I will never recommend anyone to do business with Franklin and I will let as many people know you all practices. " UPDATE " I just received a call from the GM being unprofessional telling me I'm wrong and he's hurt by my comment. I explained I'm hurt how they switch the net price. They didn't delivery on their moto they Lied and was unethical. I even gave them a chance to fix it. I told the GM I was taking this further and his response well you go right ahead. I told him to have a nice day and bye. I wish I known before now this is Franklin's Chevrolet Buick GMC standards I would had never pull up on your lot.

Noah and his manger are sleazy salesmen.
I bought a car with them before and it was fine but this time they bait and switch on me. After agreeing on OTD price and I got my loan in order with my bank, only to tell me that I have to finance with them(only brought that important part because I asked) to get the agreed deal. It was frustrating because I already turned down deals with other dealers and had to redo my loan process. And worst of all they know they played me but never apologized.

Rude rude rude
Stephen Franklin (VP) has the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced. He treated me like I was stupid. He would not honor the online price which states dealer fee included and then tried to sell me the same vehicle for $2200 more than I had already discussed with a salesman. He told me he did not want my business which I found to be unprofessional. I will never purchase a vehicle from this dealership. I feel they are not ethical. Thankfully I ended up finding the same type vehicle from another dealer that was certified at the same price. DO NOT SHOP HERE...

Will never do Business with this dealership again
Bought a car and signed papers 4 different times was told on numerous occasions that we was financed gave them a down payment then we was threatened on numerous occasions that they was reporting the car stolen that the financing was bad the 4th time of driving to Statesboro and thought everything was great they called and said the car was reported stolen again so we told them to come get the car and they in turn kept our down payment and got the car this dealership is a total RIP off and they are still continuing to run credit for financing now after the car is done been returned so they got the car and down payment and ruining credit on top of that with the 91 inquiries that have been ran in a 7 month period

Buying a used truck

Franklin Collision Center
Charged insurance 6k for this half done job. After 3 visits back trying to get my car fixed. 1) Passenger side wiper are was in wrong clock position 2) Over spray on windshield seal. Driver and passenger side 3) spot that needed touched up on passenger side front fender 4) hard paint line on front of passenger side door. 5) Side marker light connector passenger side not connected. 6)Tire pressure was low on all tires 25-28 psi. ( Sure this was done when the front end alignment was completed. Causing low tire pressure indicator on the dash to come on. 7)Loose fastener under front bumper. 8) Hood mounting bolts where loose with gap 9) washer fluid tank plastic rivet missing 10) hybrid cooler mounting bracket loose made rattling sound ever since I picked it up. 11) Hood bump stop on drivers side at an angle 12)wrong size plastic rivet holding intake tube 13) And on and on, finally went in and fixed it myself since I am a Aircraft mechanic.Still makes me mad Everytime I like at the reair or do maintenance
