I leased my new Kia Sportage from Granbury Kia.

I leased my new Kia Sportage from Granbury Kia. The dealership experience was excellent from the time I entered the showroom until I drove my new Kia Sportage off the lot. Professional, knowledgeable, caring and most of all LISTENING to my questions and guiding me through the paperwork. Aaron Lemons has a great personality and very thorough knowledge of all the Kia vehicles. I was introduced to the new owner who was very gracious. Dawn Law is a great asset - always professional, honest and really CARES! I’ve recommended many people to Granbury Kia and will continue to do so!!

We recently purchased a new Kia Sorento SX-Prestige and

We recently purchased a new Kia Sorento SX-Prestige and cannot compliment Nathan, Marcus and the entire team at Van Griffith Kia (Kia of Granbury, TX) enough. Absolutely the best car buying experience we've had, and we've had some good and some not-so-good experiences in the past. Nathan was an incredible sales professional - knowledgeable, patient, and a great listener. We came in not knowing that much about Kia and not really knowing which model would be the best fit for us. We left the dealer with the EXACT model and trim level we needed. It happened to be the sales manager's dealer vehicle and Marcus sold it to us at a tremendous price. We love our new Sorento and strongly recommend anyone within 150 miles of Granbury, Texas to invest in that drive and ask for Nathan Breshears. You won't regret it!

The Best Car Dealership in all of Granbury.

Kia Van Griffith is by far one of the best catering car dealerships, ever! I recommend this dealership always and forevermore. Very friendly and clean.

Get dealer ship.

Called to see if they were busy and they said come on in. The service department is great and makes you feel like you are the only customer. I give it a 10.

Post purchase WARNING!!

Terrible dealership to deal with post purchase of vehicle. Would never recommend. BE sure to confirm your Kia is equipped as stated on the window sticker, on the website and by the salesperson before leaving the lot. Once you've left they make NO effort to support their customer. It is bad when KIA USA is willing to help but not the dealership. You have been warned!

A cut above the rest

Kyle, Dawn, and Eden some of the fine folks up at Van Grifith Kia. Me and my wife had a seamless experience buying a replacement car as ours was totaled the team know how to manage your crisis and get you back on the road with out skippinga beat.

Never Again Van Griffith.

I brought in my 2019 KIA Sportage Sx turbo at 66000 miles and it needed the motor replaced. They had the car for a few weeks while I borrowed cars from friends so I could get to work. They gave me back my car with the motor working but the AC did not blow cold and I sat there sweating with the AC at full blast for over five min. Prior to the motor replacement, the AC was a monster. I brought it back and explained this and they checked the AC. At first they told me the AC was low on coolant and would cost over two hundred dollars to fix. I explained that they worked on the motor and I shouldn't have to pay anything. I was told that they don't disconnect any part of the AC to change the motor. I called two other dealers who stated that the compressor needs to be disconnected to change the motor. They refused to take responsibility for their work. I asked the General Manager where and who to serve with court papers in case I was to file in court? She told me I had to sue the corperation and not the dealer, even though they did the work. I then decided to call the owner, Van Griffith himself. I explained to him the situation and what had happened and what was said. All he seemed to hear was court, even though I explained to him that I was just explaining the story, not making a threat. In the end he refused to help and take accountability for his dealerships work. I would not no back for another car there or service. I bought two cars from them and they did all my service until now. Then to top it off, the paper I was given showing that they looked at the car said nothing about being low on coolant and even stated that they got a temp of 40 degrees in the stall. in my opinion thats all a bit sketchy.
