My used car buying experience

We bought a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland recently. It was stated that they had preformed an oil change on it. The check oil light popped on shortly after purchase. We took it to a different AutoNation store that could better service Jeeps. The oil pan was missing a plug and oil was everywhere under the vehicle! I understand mistakes happen but please insist your people double check things that are easily overlooked.

Well, I had written 196 words but the site hiccuped and now I'm starting over... I've bought many vehicles from here through Aaron Cross, and went on a limb based on his recommendation and bought my most recent one through Trevor Taylor. Both great guys, would recommend either.
