Be careful with this scammers.

Be careful with this scammers. Got beguile into buying a lemon title EV (bolt).. once they offer you to find a bank to finance. Anything that won't accept your own bank. Run !

C N, Were you having issues refinancing your Bolt? Its been a few years since we have had a used Bolt in stock here. I took my Vett in there were several things I needed done

I took my Vett in there were several things I needed done . They wanted to sell me 3 tire sensors I did not need . The front end alignment was great . Shifting cables good job . But I do have one issue . The fog lights on my car they could not find the problem. Just one question . Isn’t that what y’all do . Fix issues . He says his tech could not find the problem . Again isn’t that what y’all do. Know I got to take it . To someone who can. I guess they gave up. They said and I quote could be corrosion . Somewhere . I work for myself. I have never told a customer I can’t .

Great service

I bought my car here in 2021. Danny was a nonpressure saleman and helped me get the car i really wanted. Dow in Mineola is the best car repair/maintenance experience I have ever had and on multiple occasions. As a single lady, I have often been taken advantage of at car repair shops and spoken down to. Even though I moved over an hour away, I continue to return to Dow in Mineola because they are helpful, resonable, and talk to me in a respectful way. I never feel like someone is just trying to upset me or get me to do unnecessary things.

Great service and people!

This was my first time buying a car, and I have to say I felt very comfortable and at home at Dow Autoplex. From the second I walked in the door the service was great. I am glad I got paired up with Chris, he was extremely helpful and very friendly! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to purchase a car.

Terrible service department

Scheduled a service appointment with their service department and only after I showed up did they tell me it would be at least a week before their mechanics could get to my vehicle. Was not offered a loaner vehicle if I left it there. Took my GMC vehicle elsewhere. Was considering trading it in on a new GMC vehicle but will never use this dealership for anything in the future. My advise is to stay away from this dealership.

New Camaro buying process went very well.

Just bought a new Camaro at Dow. Chris was our sale Rep. He kept us informed of the progress of the car as it was shipped. All the paperwork went smoothly with Chris's help. We felt they were friendly and presented themselves professionally. Good car buying experience we will be back.
