Great service and people!

This was my first time buying a car, and I have to say I felt very comfortable and at home at Dow Autoplex. From the second I walked in the door the service was great. I am glad I got paired up with Chris, he was extremely helpful and very friendly! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to purchase a car.

Terrible service department

Scheduled a service appointment with their service department and only after I showed up did they tell me it would be at least a week before their mechanics could get to my vehicle. Was not offered a loaner vehicle if I left it there. Took my GMC vehicle elsewhere. Was considering trading it in on a new GMC vehicle but will never use this dealership for anything in the future. My advise is to stay away from this dealership.

New Camaro buying process went very well.

Just bought a new Camaro at Dow. Chris was our sale Rep. He kept us informed of the progress of the car as it was shipped. All the paperwork went smoothly with Chris's help. We felt they were friendly and presented themselves professionally. Good car buying experience we will be back.

Long story short this dealership is exactly why the FTC

Long story short this dealership is exactly why the FTC is proposing rules for shady dealer tactics and discriminating on certain customers. I inquired about a Camaro Zl1 they had in transit a few weeks ago. Chris Hartley contacted me when it finally came in. I did not have a trade in and secured my own financing. Negotiations over market adjustment then stalled and I did not hear from the dealer for over a week. Then today out of nowhere they text me if I was “ready to pull the trigger on this Camaro” . I told them I would but was not interested in paying a market adjustment . They then texted me back bragging about how they just sold the vehicle at MSRP to a local “repeat customer” who had a trade in and financed through the dealer. I don’t understand what all that was about. I signed up for price alerts on the vehicle and they text me just to tell me it was sold to someone better? They could have just said sorry it was sold and offered me help with anything else. I wasn’t against using their financing but what can I do if they can’t beat my credit unions rate. I’m just a hard working man who tries to be his very best.

22 Tahoe high county love it

Best place to buy a car. This is my 6th car to buy there. Chris is great . We just purchased a 2022 High Country Tahoe and love it. Everyone there is friendly and helpful.

We were not aware that it was so difficult to finance a

We were not aware that it was so difficult to finance a vehicle that was over ten years. The salesman never mentioned this. We drove two hundred miles to find out that we couldn't get financing. If this had been mentioned it would have saved us time and money. They were fully aware of this. That is why they having trouble selling it. I should have read other reviews before hand. They are dishonest.

Chris was very helpful and handled our case in a timely manner and called us with an approval,and told us what to bring we drove out from dow in my dream truck less than 2 hours.
