THIS IS MY FIRST TIME BUYING A CAR IN A LONG TIME... A FRIEND OF MINE REFERRED ME TO COFFE CAMPBELL. I HAVE TO ADMIT I WENT IN WITHOUT EXPECTATIONS OF LEAVING IN A VEHICLE BUT MY SALESMEN COFFE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO GET IT DONE.. IM STILL IN DISBELIEVE THAT IT ACTUALLY HAPPENED.. NEEDLESS TO SAY IM A HAPPY CAMPER! IF U ARE LOOKING TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE WITHOUT ANY PRESSURE GO SEE COFFE... HE TOLD ME THIS IS WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENS AND HE WASNT LYING..

Professional and friendly internet car purchase
I met with Tristan, the Fleet and Internet Sales Manager after briefly talking about a used Chrysler 300M over the phone, the previous day. He was ready for our meeting and practically greeted me at the door. Not only was he well informed on the vehicle's features of interest to me, but he resolved all issues in a timely professional manner and made me feel confident in my purchase. Horrible experiences everytime!
Looks like after reading through the the multitude of negative reviews McCune Chrysler has on Yelp and many other sites, they have proven them to be true! How they are allowed to continue to deal for Chrysler is mind blowing!? From poor sales practices and promising what they "would" not deliver to a lack of customer service (should be "annoyed to have to deal with customers") in the "service" department I will never deal with them again. I will also never allow anyone I know or talk with to put themselves through any dealings with McCune. McCune is a disaster!

Purchased a Dodge Caravan
i had a great experience. I traded in my 2000 Montero and purchased a 2012 Dodge Caravan Crew. i used cars.com. McCune contacted me the same day. The manager of their Internet sales team made this experience the best I have had with any dealership in San Diego. I have a Mercedes and a BMW. But the folks at this dealership went above and beyond for my wife and I. I will be using their service department in the future. The van got a ding in it...i hope the experience on that side is as good, if so I may get a charger some day.

Repair
I've always had excellant service at this dealership. Both my Jeep and 300m repairs have been outstanding. I pay a little extra but for the quality of workmanship, it's worth it for me.

I was looking for used jeep and came in to mccune to see what they have and the selection was great. the sales person explained the difference between certified and none certified cars to me and showed me everything they had. I'm really glad I came to this dealer and I love my car.
