Friendly, easy to work with people, but the entire
Friendly, easy to work with people, but the entire experience lasted almost three hours. I was happy they were willing to work with us (my wife and I) on price and payment, but we should have been able to accomplish the transaction much quicker. It started with the appointment I set, when I was told the car I'd inquired about would be sitting out front ready for review. We arrived on time but the car was not ready, it had to be retrieved from somewhere on the lot. Then they discovered it had almost no gas, so someone had to drive it to a gas station. This cost us more than 20 minutes, where my wife and I just sat in the dealership, waiting. This was frustrating, and added to, in my opinion, a much-too-long visit. Additionally, while I appreciate a laid-back, no-pressure atmosphere, there seemed to be no sense of speeding things along, with each part of the process seeming to drag on with a lot of chit-chat. Having said that, I appreciate the time spent with us to ensure my credit card transactions were appropriately processed. This had to be done in stages (four smaller transactions vs. one large one), and the employee who help with this was very accommodating and patient (don't remember her name). Please take my comments in the spirit intended, that being from a customer who is happy with the deal he got but didn't plan on spending nearly three hours in this dealership.
