Always good service, transparency, good communication with the service department. First dealership/service department I trust and feel extrememly comfortable leaving the dealership and driving to tyler.

I haven't heard back from the dealership after showing my interest in the vehicle.

All of the staff at Heritage were really great! My salesman, Zack, was friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't pressure me at all. They worked with me on my trade, and when my credit union couldn't work with me, they secured my financing at a better rate. All in all, everyone was great. Thank you Heritage GMC Buick!

I have purchased 4 vehicles over the past 25 years here! First because convenient and close to my home--but then it was also the care and personal attention I got from the same employees over the years! Same sales JR on my vehicles -same financial man-Brad --who is now service manager and I always stay with same service Rep-Sam. I cried when John Left--But Sam has taken his place. They always take care of all my needs on vehicle and make sure its done right and take care of me taking me home etc... They even remember personal things about me from year to year and ask me!--This is how a dealership should be!-especially when their clients are loyal to them! I will always stick with them and the vehicles I purchase. Brad--5 stars as the financial Dept and now service manager--hope he doesn't go anywhere!

Mario and the GM were super easy to deal with and went above and beyond to find me the right vehicle at a great price. This is our third car from Heritage and they have not given me any reason to buy anywhere else.

They lie, and won’t work with you. Everyone there is very rude people. They wouldn’t even shake my hand or hand me the keys after buying a truck. Had to pick the keys up off the desk! Also tried to low ball my trade in by 7k from another dealer.
