Heritage sales and service is very good. Justin has been great to work with and always is attentive and accommodating. I have had good interactions with the service manager. I will continue to work with Heritage as long as I own a GMC product.

My car's battery died while at the airport, I called the dealership and they were able to send out AAA and a tow truck! We got a rental car and waited for my car to arrive at the dealership, took a bit but they were able to tow it all the way from DFW to Heritage in Rockwall after hours! Car sat for the night and was pushed into the lot before they even opened for the day! Couple hours later they replaced my battery and reimbursed us for the rental car. They made a very difficult 24 hours much easier!
