Its not good business when you cannot work on a vehicle

Its not good business when you cannot work on a vehicle for over 2 weeks they need to hire more mechanics. No one wants ot have a $60,000 truck tied up just to be looked at in 2 weeks

Waited 2 1/2 months for parts, once they came in my

Waited 2 1/2 months for parts, once they came in my vehicles was put behind other vehicles for another week. Once completed you found an oil leak and with me leaving town and that wasted week, you no longer had time to fix the oil leak. Now I’m on the road without my jeep as it sits in my garage with an oil leak! Tried to call service manager several times and the service manager NEVER returned my call.

Once completed you found an oil leak and with me leaving town and that wasted week, you no longer had time to fix the oil leak. Now I’m on the road without my jeep as it sits in my garage with an oil leak! Tried to call service manager several times and the service manager NEVER returned my call.

We initially brought our truck to Roger Williams in

We initially brought our truck to Roger Williams in Weatherford and paid around $250 to have it diagnosed. They told us the issue was the heater core, so we had it fixed — but that wasn’t the problem. The issue persisted. So we brought it back and were told they’d need about a week to look at it again. That was two weeks ago. Not only have they still not looked at it, but we’ve received no updates. We’ve called and left message after message for Leland, the service writer — no response. When we visited the dealership in person for an update, we found our truck sitting outside, covered in hail damage. No one had called to tell us. The employee who walked us out to the truck actually laughed and said, “Guess yours wasn’t one of the ones we moved, hahaha.” We were in complete shock — not just at the damage, but at the sheer lack of care or accountability. Today, after calling again and begging not to be transferred to Leland, I was put on hold and eventually told, once again, that “he’ll call you back.” Hours passed with no response. My son called. Nothing. My husband finally called and asked for the service manager — only then did we finally get a call back from Leland, who told us they still haven’t looked at the truck! So now we’re two weeks in, with hail damage added to our frustration, and we’re being told it’ll still be another 2 weeks before they look at it, and two more weeks to get parts. A full month without a vehicle, and not a single proactive update unless we hunt someone down. Keep in mind, the issue is a head gasket. There is no need to look at it, just order the parts and fix it.  I can't believe you promised a week and here we are not only two weeks later but you are telling us it's an additional 2 weeks before you can even look at it??? WOW...not a single call to tell us this or update us.   Yes, the repair is under warranty — but we paid for a misdiagnosis, were left without transportation, and treated like we didn’t matter. We’re picking the truck up still broken, and taking it anywhere but here. My sincere advice: go where people value your time, your vehicle, and your dignity. This is not that place.
