They were very upfront and honest.

They were very upfront and honest. Shiann was very informative. I was given a quote on all the work and it didn’t change. I will go back.

Communication horrible.

Communication horrible. Went in the get battery checked for replacement and it took five days. We will not be back!

I would refer someone to the dealership if the customer

I would refer someone to the dealership if the customer service team put in more effort to keep me informed about the status of my vehicle. My truck took over two weeks to have warranty and recall work done to it. I made numerous calls over that period of time to get an update on my vehicle. Several times nobody answered the phone. When I was able to leave a message, my calls went un returned. It was very frustrating.

We travel from Seattle to Weatherford TX once or twice a

We travel from Seattle to Weatherford TX once or twice a year, so we are usually in need of an oil change. We have been working with Juan Garces for about 2 years, and he has been great. We even had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Roger Williams himself this last visit. We were sitting in the waiting room, and he came through, introduce himself and we chatted for a little bit. A very nice and clean dealership.

Sale was great, service department is horrible.

Sale was great, service department is horrible. Bought a new 2025 2500 ram and it has had problems since day 2. The problem still exist and they say they don’t know what’s wrong or how to fix it!!!
